Terry was prompt, courteous, and did a nice, clean professional job. We will definitely hire Terry for any future work we might need.

He returned later in the week . I have no problem with the work but he came with only enough wood for 1 piece and it was obvious 2 needed to be replaced. He said if he came again to do the remaining piece he would have to charge me $75 again. I think since it was his fault he surveyed the area before he should have been prepared with more wood and /or charge me $35./hr.. Also he was trying to sell me Arginine, I won't get into this but it is in the medical arena which he knows nothing about and I work in the medical field in a hospital and knew what he was talking about was bogus. So I was annoyed at his not being prepared but trying to sell me on this product so I did not invite him back. But the work he did do was well done. Best way to state it is he was lacking professionalism.

Everything went fantastic. He did everything well and I have no complaints.

Terry arrived on time and fixed everything I had on the list. He even fixed our fence gate when he saw that it was difficult to open. He is honest, very knowledgeable and does beautiful work. He did a great job cleaning up when he finished working.

The process from providing the cost quote to final installation detail went flawlessly. Work was done in a professional manner, on time and at the quoted costs. No surprises. I will use Terry again and I highly recommend him.

He was very conscientious and prompt. When he needed assistance, he brought in an electrician that was also very good.

I had to keep calling him. He just is not a professional. Call someone who calls back. And when they make an appointment they show up. If not report them. This guy shouldn't be on Angie's list.

I kept calling and I would talk to him but he never showed up. I would call him again he would set up a time to come by and he would never call or show up. Not a professional. I quit calling him and called someone who wants the work. This guy has a day job and I guess he don't have time to do side jobs. Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo If you want your work done in a timely maner call someone who wants to work. Cause Terry don't.

I talked with him several times and he set up an appt. He said he would call the next day but he never called back. I called him several more times and he said he would call back on a different day and he never did. I finally quit calling him. He works a full-time job and doesn't have time to do any side jobs. If you want your work done call someone else.

His work is awesome. He filled in all the nail holes, fixed the marks on the doors, door frames and corners that were skuffed up by a wheelchair. Then he painted the walls and trim in all the rooms. He does an awesome job. After the painting was done he fixed my fence where the wind had messed it up. Anytime I have something to be fixed I'll call Terry..

The first day in he completed the ceiling fan installations and TV mount so quickly he had time to do one of the doors that day as well. The corner shelf had broken in the move, which we didn't know until Terry picked it up to start the mount. He took the time to repair the shelf, then proceeded with the installation and still did not charge for that piece. Because we were very pleased with the work he did the first day and we knew he would have time the next day we had scheduled for him to return and install the second storm door, my wife suggested we have him do the shelving and cabinet installation in the laundry room. He again gave us a price which we thought was fair. He completed those jobs today. Beyond the work he bid, he also primed and painted the shelving to match the existing shelving in the laundry room, secured the cabinet solidly to both the shelving and the walls, and sealed all seams. My wife is more than pleased with the modifications and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Terry was pleasant to work with. He let us know about any problems and offered suggestions in our planning process. We will not hesitate to call on him again.

GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! A lot of stumbling blocks but Terry and his helper Adam, got everything figured out and did an awesome job getting my old swamper out and replaced with a new refrigerated unit. Garage will be comfortable to work in now and can go about completing the restoration of my 1955 Ford.Very highly recommend and will call him again in the future for other projects.

We contacted Terry about removing windows from an outside wall and drywalling the area where the windows were taken out. He spent about 10 min looking over the wall. He took no measurements. He then told us he would e-mail us a bid. Nine days later, we are still waiting for his response. If he weren't interested in this job, we would have appreciated his letting us know right away. Other companies we have contacted about this project have taken their time in measuring the area and explaining what has to be done. And all of them gave us estimates either on the spot or within two days. Because Terry was so unreliable in giving an estimate, we would be concerned about the quality of work he would give us and the timeliness in completing the work.

I was very pleased with entire experience and definitely plan to call him again in the future.

The house is a old house and so it was not easy to get everything perfect. It was done well enough.

My experience with Terry was positive. He returned my phone calls, arrived on time, completed the work that i asked for in a prompt manner, and charged me a fair price. We discussed some further outside work, which Terry said he would do. It's a small job and I will either ask him to squeeze it in between his other jobs, or save up a variety of small jobs to make a trip out to my house worthwhile.

The overall experience went well. He provided the service requested in a timely manner and was easy to discuss the project with.

Terry came and gave us a quote. Said he was busy that week but would let us know when he would be here at the beginning of the next week. Called on Tuesday morning and said he would be here on Thursday between 9 and 10. He showed up at that time and did an excellent job. My husband and I are very happy with the work. We have a couple of other odd jobs and do intend to use him again. I hope to install flooring in the fall and hope to have Terry do it. I would definitely use him again and hope to. Very professional.

Terry was prompt in responding to phone calls and stopping by to evaluate the nature of the work. The only area where improvement would have been possible was in planning the exact requirements for the backing. Terry's initial material acquisition didn't match the requirements for the barre brackets and he had to return to the store to acquire a different backing. In the end, however, the results are fantastic and I wouldn't want anything to be done differently. We plan to use Terry for additional work in the future.

Terry arrived on time and completed his work before the surrounding wall was restuccoed. His work still looks great seven months later. I plan to use Terry soon for a project in our backyard.

Everything went along as planned. I emailed Terry, he responded quickly, he gave me a quote quickly and followed through on all details. When he went to purchase the items he needed at the store, he brought me the receipt and gave me the exact change. He completed the job and worked efficiently and cleanly. The new structure that he put up is better and stronger than the original.
