I called them this morning and they sent someone out the same day. Very professional, knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in less than one hour. I would definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them for others.

My old up-and-over garage door had failed, resulting in a badly twisted hinge and broken metal spring strap and a heavy door wedged in the frame. Two companies advised complete replacement but Garage Pro said they could fix it for a fraction of the cost to replace. They were good as their word, it works great - better than before it broke. The price was good and they did the job very quickly. So nice that I didn't have to throw a perfectly good door out. Thanks.

Great. We had this company install a new garage opener in 2011 and they were great then. This time, Doug, the technician, was prompt, thorough, professional and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The price was very reasonable. We would call them again if needed. Great experience.

I called from another state for help with my mom's garage door system. They were fantastic! Actually got on phone right away with my mom. Explained very clearly what their process was, who would be coming, and general cost. They seemed to know what the process was right away (old springs, parts) which is what it turned out to be! Eric, Doug and Robert were great with my mom, we're punctual and very friendly. Very clear about what they were doing. My mom is 85 and very tough, sharp as a tack, and funny. They passed her test! There was a slight glitch after 24 hrs, but they came back immediately and it is running great! Mom is happy so we are happy!

Great all around. Communication, scheduling, promptness, follow-up, doing what was required and not more, and billing/payment. All was handled professionally. I'm very confident in the service provided and I don't have reservations when having to handle things remotely given that this is a rental property and there is a tenant involved, who's needs must be considered as well.

I received and estimate withing 2 hours of contacting the company. Eric was very informative. He suggested possible less expensive options ( the possibility of a new spring, possible repair of the existing opener), and I appreciated the fact that there was no 'hard-sell' pressure to either repair or replace. In the end we agreed the best long-term option was replacement. We had a variety of products and options to choose from. Eric was well versed in his product line, the advantages and disadvantages of various options, and integrating various options with overall look of our house and our current securtiy system. We were also provided a temporary fix for our old door that allowed us to continue using our garage until our ordered door arrived. Our order arrived exactly as scheduled, and installation scheduled for the following day. Installation was very professionally done, with an excellent result and appearance. Cleanup was exeptional. We were provided with full operating instruction and demonstration of the garage door controlls, opener, and security features. And a great warranty. Our new door is virtually silent, well-insulated, has numerous safety features; the opener operates very smoothly and quietly, and the obscure glass allows additional light while maintaining privacy. And it adds to the curb appeal of the house. I highly recommend Rio Rancho Garage Door, for the quality of their products, the level of service and expertise, and their friendly professionalism. Prompt service, competent technician, explained/educated me on options and pros/cons with each. Felt like I was able to make an informed decision without being pressured into the most expensive option.

I can't believe the same day service. I called about 10:00 and received an appointment for 1:00 to 3:00. The serviceman was here at 1:45. Work was completed in 30 minutes.

My husband was on his way to work at 6:15 am when the garage spring broke. We called Rio Rancho Garage Door at 7:00 am and they were able to get a technician out to our house by 9:30. The price was as quoted, however they would have to order a part to finish the job. The technician called back and said they had a used part in the shop and could be out to complete the job at no extra cost, AMAZING!

They responded on a Saturday with no charge for overtime, were here in an hour, took care of the problem, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

This company is AOK. Called them around 10 AM. They diagnosed the problem with the info I gave them Said to expect them to be here between 1 PM and 3 Pm...arrived at 1:30 PM. Very, very knowledgeable andfriendly. Said it would take about an hour. Completed repair in 50 minutes. Gave numerous tips to keepoperational and tips to look for other problems that could occur in the future. Absolutely 100 % pleased!A+ from me. Vince Garri

Called on a busy Monday morning and spoke to the owner Eric. Told him that our garage door spring had broken early that morning. Eric told me that one worker had called in sick but that he could have a technician to our home between 1 and 3 p.m. which was acceptable. He also gave me information and costs of the regular replacement Springs vs. the more expensive Hi Cycle Springs. Told me we didn't need to make up our mind now but could decide when the technician arrived as he carried both springs on the truck. He did not try to up sell me to the more expensive springs, just told me the pros and cons of each. Appreciated that. Eric called back around 2:10 p.m. saying technician was running a bit late and may not make it by 3 p.m. Thanked him for keeping me informed. Jordan (technician) arrived a few minutes past 3 p.m. Was very professional and informative (I tend to ask a lot of questions). I opted for the Hi Cycle Springs as we hope to stay in this home for many years. Job was completed by 3:43 p.m. I was very pleased with their service. Will call them again to replace the garage door opener when it's needed.

Spring broken. Couldn't get my car out. Called in the morning, they were here by noon and did a very noce job. Service person was very knowledgeable and very helpful and the price seemed reasonable. Will definately will use them again when needed.

I called them on a Friday afternoon. The repair was completed by noon on Saturday. Prompt, professional, and courteous service at a fair price. I would use this company again.

Took only a short time , I plan to eventually to replace the door and will call them first.

I called and was able to get an estimate within the hour because they were already working in my neighborhood. I explained my ongoing problems with the current system and received advice that agreed with what had previously been suggested would solve my problems. I was given choices on quality. The work was completed the same day. I was very pleased with the work and the people.

RR Garage Door installed a new, insulated garage door. My experience, from the initial phone call to the finished product was positive. The owner was pleasant to deal with and the workman who came to my home was great as he was pleasant, polite and efficient. The price did not change, despite the fact that my old wooden garage door was difficult to remove. Very positive experience. Would recommend this business to anyone.

It went good, it is at a rental I have and I have got no complaints about it. Price doesn't include springs. The door is working well.

Overall it went good I called them and they came out the very same day I thought that the service was excellent and I would hire them and I would recommend them.

I am very pleased with the promptness of the return calls when I have questions. The technician was professional and cleaned up after he was done. He also took care in dismantling and reassembling the door as to not damage the flashing.
