Description of Work: My garage door had become damaged after the emergency pull cord got stuck in my truck door and I backed out of the garage....they came out on a sunday, and in a couple of hours put the door back into place...

Description of Work: They replaced a broken garage door spring and a hinge. I discovered the problem at 8 AM and called Rio Rancho Garage Door for service. Doug arrived around 10 AM and the door was operating normally in about 40 minutes. He only replaced parts that actually needed to be replaced. He took time to give me maintenance tips.

Description of Work: He replaced garage door opener and the overhead door springs. He explained the differences of three qualities of openers. He told me that there were most likely 2-3 years of life in each, but I believe in preventive maintenance, so had the items replaced. The original opener had started making a loud noise. He was very professional and pleasant, and I am very satisfied with the work done.

Description of Work: Door had come off the track and was quickly repaired. Additional work was scheduled to replaced the seal on the bottom of the door. We were very happy with the results of both repairs.

Description of Work: Rio Ranco Garage Door replaced my elderly fathers garage door. I live about 250mi away. One phone call is all it took and they were there the next day. They were very professional and efficient. I got a call from my dad when they were finished and paid them over the phone after the service was completed. Had I known it would be so easy I would have replaced the door for my dad a long time ago!!!

Description of Work: Called Rio Rancho Garage spoke with Jackie and made an appointment for her to come to my home. When she arrived we decided on a door and she told me to basically remove whatever was not hanging on my walls up to where the track ended in order to install the door. Luckily I put as much as possible on rolling shelves because the garage door installer rolled all but one of the 6- (5 shelves-on-rollers) outside. (These shelves are more than 72" high) The installer required more than double the space that I was told to clear out. The older installer who was at my home for less than an hour--was very annoyed every time I attempted to point anything out to him such as how the garage door control beams were attached or anything else. He made it quite clear that he wanted absolutely no dealings with a woman and no woman could have anything to contribute! The second installer--who was much younger--was a very nice person to work with. the second installer was not rude or condescending in any way. I was told that the instillation would take around two hours---it took more than four hours. I have only good things to say about Jackie and the younger installer as for the middle aged one---only send him to places where he deals with men.
