Tim was willing to help with very little notice. He notified me when he was on the way to the apartment as he had said he would. They were on time and went to work immediately. They were very careful with the items we were moving and even helped take some items to a dumpster that we were not moving. When they got to the house, they were as careful unloading and trying to help with furniture placement. Very professional and I will most certainly recommend Tim Pratt and will will call again when I need help moving!

We were moving across town they had trouble fitting us into their schedule.they agreed to move a few big pieces for us but weren't able to move as much as we needed. They did a great job moving what they did though.

Great experience. Two movers worked hard to get me moved within 5 hours. They called to let me know that they were running late due to traffic. I forgot about the travel time that was included in my special rate but that was OK since my move was a short distance.

They damage some of my furniture.They moved half of my stuff in the 8th and half on the 9th. Apart from that they were fine.

We couldn't have asked for more. The job was completed on time, exactly at the estimated cost Tim had provided us. Pratt Van Lines is locally owned, high quality, totally reliable...clearly the best we've encountered here in Albuquerque.

Tim kept in good communication with us, provided us boxes so we could pack everything ahead of time. We are very pleased with his work and will use them again to finish bringing things from storage to our new residence.

The 2 guys showed up 10 minutes early, explained the deal and had me sign the paperwork. They did a great job and I would use them again

About three weeks ago Pratt moving company helped my husband and I move from a three bedroom two bath house into a two bedroom two bath apartment on the second floor. My husband and I have moved approximately five times in the past six years and have always done the moving ourselves but Due to a time restraint we had to use movers. I went on to Angie's list and saw the awesome reviews that Pratt moving had and decided to use them. Not only did the owner of the company come to our house to give us an estimate but he also gave us wardrobe boxes to use. The day of our move they were within 30 minutes of the time they told us they would be there, and because of our budget we gave them a heads up that we wanted to try and make things go as quick as possible and without any hesitation the two movers started loading up our house and did not stop until they were done. Pratt Moving was extremely professional, safe, and took care of our stuff as if it was their own. We can't thank them enough for making our move much smoother then we would have ever expected. We definitely recommend them and would use them again ?

Th movers were very friendly and professional. They provided their own truck so I didn't have to rent one from uhaul. One of the movers had to leave early so Tim (the president) came to finish the job. One of my pieces did get damaged, but Tim sent me a check for the amount I paid for it. The job took thirty minutes over the time I had already paid for. Even with the extra time I couldn't beat the cost. Overall I was very happy with the services and would definitely use them again.

These guys were fabulous! Polite, helpful, understanding. They packed with blankets, moved a very large 9-drawer chest through a very narrow place without a hitch, and dealt very intelligently with a deaf, cranky old lady. We ALL were so impressed with this group and how well they accommodated our needs! Would call them back without a hesitation!

They were great! They worked hard and moved my furniture carefully. They used every sheet and blanket in my house to wrap all items of furniture.

Forget every moving horror story you've ever heard -- it won't happen with Tim Pratt's company. He is an astoundingly honest, capable, thorough and careful man -- and he requires the same of his employees. Not a piece of furniture -- or expensive artwork or stained glass window -- was broken. Nothing was scratched. Everything was meticulously wrapped, sometimes in several layers. They moved me in the season's first snow storm, without complaint and without mishap. The move was flawlessly accomplished and as stress-free as any move could be. I recommend this company without reservation.

They did a great job, they were careful of my belongings, they could not have nicer or better prepared. I would use them again and tell my friends about them.

th we two gentlemen arrived very promptly, set to work immediately, wrapped all of my furniture in moving blankets with great care, delivered to my new second story apartment without the slightest damage or mishap. THEN they went two other locations where. I had furniture being stored for me, picked that up also and delivered it -with all the work being completed in exactly the time quoted. The movers were very professional, courteous, capable, and careful! Will definitely hire again!

Excellent job. Punctual, careful with everything, well-wrapped and secured on truck. Especially helpful getting a dresser down a tight stairway that required disassembling steps. Great experience!

Was not used to move as he did not have any open days when we finally got the word to go ahead with the move.

They did a great job. Tim Pratt was courteous and professional from our initial conversation. He came out to give us an estimate as to the number of trucks and time needed, and he was right on. He clearly knows what he is doing. On moving day Ed and crew carefully wrapped all of our furniture in blankets before loading into the truck and unwrapped them at the other end before putting them in place. They took good care of all of our possessions. This was a two-day move and we had Ed both days. He is the ultimate professional, friendly and yet very focused on his work, careful and efficient. Eric and D.J. were also wonderful. I would definitely recommend Pratt Moving to anyone who needs to move. Moving is not fun but they made it less stressful.

The initial contact went well. An appointment was made (and kept) for a look at the volume and access to be sure the team and truck size were appropriately chosen. The truck and two man team arrived on time and got busy immediately. The loading and unloading were fast but careful. The men were pleasant and efficient. We would use this moving company again and enthusiastically recommend them.

Tim Pratt not only supervised the move, he worked w/his crew. The first job was done professionally and quickly. They were done in less than 2 hrs. We have two more jobs for him. For our other moves, I researched, I learned about many "war stories" from clients who hired other movers. I wouldln't hire anyone else but Pratt Van Lines.
