FANTASTIC! I could not have hoped for a better move. Eric and Robert were on time, very professional, protected all pieces, moved around additional pieces at the departure site - they were totally flexible and just helped us move every piece that needed to be moved. In addition, they were extremely efficient and completed the move in less time than we thought would be required.

I had the owner to a complete move bid, but that was too expensive for me. I used them fore the 3-hour move with two men and a truck. Most of what I wanted moved was done in that time. Very professional.

The two people who moved me, Eric and Robert, were extreme careful and did an excellent job. The furniture was excellent wrapped in blankets and tape and they were a crew with a lot of knowledge to work for this company.

It went superbly. The crew arrived a bit early, expertly packed up the items in the storage units, followed me to the house, loaded up more items, and unloaded everything at a 2nd house. The guys were very professional, friendly, carefully packaged items that needed additional protection, and were very efficient in everything. They listened and cleanly executed my staging plan in the 2nd house. I was super pleased as how smoothly this move went and it all happened in 2.5 hours.

They brought too small of a truck, so they had to make two trips instead of one. As a result, I was charged extra as it took them longer to complete the move. Overall, I was charged 3 times the amount I was charged when I used them a few years ago. They broke the glass globe on my lamb, which I am having a hard time finding a replacement for as they lamp was an antique. I had a totally different experience than I did when I used them a few years ago.

I got this for my sister, she had a ton of stuff and really heavy furniture. Moving her in the past has always been a horrible and painful experience. So for her Bday I got 2 men a 16ft truck for 3hrs. My mom and sister raved about Robert and Eric. They were fast efficient, they knee how to pack the truck. I was worried 3hrs wouldnt be enough. They actually got everything put in the truck moved and unpacked w/30min to spare. So the moved my sister's extremely heavy marble bedroom set from her garage into her bedroom. My family was extremely happy and impressed with the service and will get them again in the future for our moving needs.

Eric and Robert are the best moving team I have ever encountered. They took extreme care to handle the furniture carefully and not damage the house. There was zero damage to the furniture. I really appreciate their care and courtesy. I will certainly use them again.

It went wonderfully! The 2 men, Eric and Tim (the owner) were on-time, and finished early. They were funny, joking and working the whole time. They were extremely polite, and worked very hard to wrap the furniture not only with the blankets but with shrink wrap. Nothing was broken or scratched (except for a shoe rack with a "cement???" bottom. But I honestly don't think it was their fault at all, as the material was extremely brittle.) Definitely would use them again!!! Thank you Tim and Eric for making my moving experience "uneventful" and dare i say fun?

Great, as soon as I paid it online, I got a call from Tim and scheduled a time for them to come and move. I paid for 3 hours of moving. I forgotten the both movers names. Both men were, very punctual, efficient, friendly, and polite. I walked them through the house to tell them what needed to be moved. They also explained the terms and conditions and asked if I had any questions. They carefully wrapped and moved mirrors, cabinets, mattress, bed frame, book shelves, refrig, and other things. Both movers moved swiftly and efficiently moving the large and heavy things within the hour and half. Got to the other house and unpacked the things in the rooms that I wanted the furniture to be in. They also reassembled the mirror and dresser and cleaned up within the hour and half.

Jim Pratt and his 2 man crew (Robert and Eric) arrived promptly, did a thorough and professional job. We had moved the boxes already, and they were great with the furniture. They were careful with our furniture and very courteous. Not a single problem. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Robbie and Eric were to-the-minute punctual. They were professional, courteous and friendly. The deal I purchased was for three hours and a 16 foot truck so it was very important to me to be able to make use of every square inch of truck space and of man power. They exceeded even my best expectations for making that happen. You can really tell these guys know what they are doing and they were flexible and personable throughout the process. They packed the truck like a perfect tetris project, making certain all our furniture was loaded, quilt-padded, taped and safely placed. They were also able to get nearly every single box I had packed in to the truck (a miracle really). When we got down to the last few boxes, they made certain to choose the heaviest ones to save me and my husband any extra trouble. Wow! These guys were also very funny and brought some much needed levity to our move. We have been moving in to a house that has also needed extensive repairs and remodels and the entire process has been somewhat discouraging. Robbie and Eric took something that is normally high stress (moving) and made it a joking pleasure and really teamed with me and listened to what I needed. I'm grateful not only for the professional, precise and FAST job they did, but that they also really cheered me up and were fun to work with. Highest recommendation.

the whole experience was so horrible it was lack of compassion, and he did not have to yell at me.

He had one guy with him and this was his first day of employment so of course he took longer than usual. The owner helped some, took the last hour "folding blankets" while the new guy tried to do heavy lifting by himself. 3 pieces of furniture damaged althoug owner did get them repaired. One of the bent handles on my desk the owner "told me how to fix it". The whole thing took much longer than groupon I had paid so ended up paying at least $200 more than what was quoted. Buyer beware! The groupon looks good but when I am paying extra time for owner to "fold blankets", this is not ok! When confronted, he told me this was "part of the service I was paying for". I do NOT recommend Pratt!

Completed on time and not one scratch on any item. Both individuals were caring and showed that their work ethic was great. I will be hiring them again in November. I highly recommend this vendor. Additionally, they worked to accommodate our requirement on a Saturday. Great job.

I would definitely use them again. The movers were careful and paid attention. Since they finished early they helped to unload my own car and move a couple of pieces of furniture already in the house.

Mr. Pratt was very courteous and professional. He wrapped every piece of furniture in a blanket and taped it. Although it took a little longer, there isn't any way that a scratch could appear on any surface. I figured on three hours, but it took two trips, so it ended up at 6 hours. They never took a break and worked into the evening. I don't think I would use anyone else.

Company arrived promptly at 9am. Both workers were very pleasant, and extremely hard workers. Would definitely use/recommend in the future!

Ed and Robbie showed up right on time and asked for instructions as to what we were needing to have done. Once that was done, they began working immediately. They performed very professionally and completed all tasks without a hitch. Both men were very friendly their attention to detail was outstanding. They even performed a couple of additional tasks that my wife came up with and did them with them without hesitation. I would highly recommend Pratt Van Lines and would not hesitate to use them again.

Pratt Van Lines did a great job packing/wrapping the furniture and loading/unloading the truck. Wardrobe boxes requested the day of the move was not brought on the truck. The movers placed the clothing in the customers vehicle which was not appropriate since the clothes became wrinkle. Also, the movers that worked for Pratt Van Lines failed to bring the proper tools to disconnect the hoses from the faucet for the washer machine. The customer had to contact a neighbor to come over and bring their tool to disconnect the hoses in order to mover the washer machine on the truck which was not very professional. At the end of the day we thought the job was complete but realized the movers failed to connect the washer and dryer so the customer contacted the owner of Pratt Van Lines regarding this matter. The owner sent out an employee the next morning to connect both appliances. Due to the inconvenience of the circumstances listed above the customer feels that nominal amount should of been discounted for the mishaps.

They were great workers: arrived on time, were polite, strong, careful and so efficient that they finished with about an hour of time (for 2 guys) remaining on the deal. When I asked if I could save the balance, they said no. After they called in, I thought of some other things they could move since I had another hour I had paid for. They did it, but were concerned their boss would be unhappy that they did not go onto the next job as they told them they were doing. I was also told that travel time was figured into the purchased service time. Great to get the work done, but I feel short changed and would look around before using this provider again. Good workers, not so good policies in my book.

They were okay. I left the boxes for them to take, but then the took the bubble wrap too, which I didn't really want them to take. But I wasn't there supervising. The price was okay and they took care with the stuff they moved. Nothing that I could see was broken, so it worked out okay. They were very prompt and left the area in good shape.

They were on time and worked steady.
