Description of Work: Tim and company were great. We moved from a two-story house into a two-story house. They are strong with great attitudes - just incredible.

Description of Work: Santa Fe to Albuquerque, two days, with two drop off points (including a third floor apartment). Pretty painless process and they were all very nice, hardworking professionals.

Description of Work: Moved large pieces of furniture from our house to another one on the same street two houses down from ours that we sold. We spotted some damage to our new bookcases after they left, but other than that damage, everything was completed in a very timely fashion and went very well.

Description of Work: Tim Pratt was very quick in communicating with me and setting up a service date. I am still in a planning stage and not ready to use these services. I will keep them in mind when I get closer to possibly needing them.

Description of Work: They traveled up north to pick up several items and made a trip on the way to pick up a few items. Becareful about tying to use a credit card because there is a 3.75% fee. Mr. Pratt was very accommodating. For the most part he and his staff were very kind and focused.

Description of Work: They did a good job. They did break one item, but Mr. Pratt is working to get it repaired. This is taking longer than I expected, but I spoke with him recently, and I believe it will be corrected.

Description of Work: They moved our household goods from our home in Rio Rancho, NM to Las Trampas, NM, aprox. 90 miles away. They are one outstanding company. I have never worked with a more caring and professional company in my entire life. Can not say more than that!!!!!!

Description of Work: The two men were very efficient and professional. They worked well together. They forgot to give me a receipt, and since I gave them cash I found this disconcerting. I called the office and eventually received a receipt in the mail. I'm sure it was just an oversight on both our parts.

Description of Work: They moved our belongings from an upstairs apartment to our new house in a smaller town near where they are based. The young men who did the work were punctual, professional and did a good job. The owner, though, added charges after the fact that he had not informed me of when I scheduled with him. This despite the fact that I set him up with a job going back to the city where his business is located at his regular price (I used Angie's list coupon for my move). I wouldn't use his business again.
