Description of Work: Mountain Paradise provided a patio slab in early December. The owner worked directly with me, coming to the home a day before the actual pour and made constructive suggestions related to the project. The next day the workers were at the site on time and very effectively completed their work in a professional manner.

Description of Work: He came on time, the deal was to replace one wood gate and, replace up to eight bad wood fences. He replace one wood picket and reinforced one panel with 4x4 lumber. He did a very good job, in no time at all.

Description of Work: They beautifully landscaped the entire back yard. 1. Capped off the old sprinkler system, removed dead grass and trimmed the fence lined trees . 2. built a retaining wall around north side of pool area. 3. planted several trees, placed boulders, river rocks, gravel and crusher fine in a creatively designed layout. 4. Removed patio cover, spiral staircase and railing that was structurally unsound. 5. Repaired the roof flashing and installed gutter where the patio butted the roof and repaired the stucco where patio post rubbed against the wall. | |These guys did an excellent job! I wasn't sure what I wanted so I gave David a budget and let him come up with the plan. David and his crew exceeded our expectations! We were selling this house due to an estate sale and he went out of his way to help us meet the timeline to get the house on the market. We put the house on the market and it sold in one day! We plan to use them again at our own home! |

Description of Work: Concrete, turf, crusher fine, fire pit, planter box were put in and walls were raised and new gates installed in the backyard. It went very well. I am very pleased. My son and my dog even loved the guys doing the work.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon because the suggested work dates fell during my Spring Break. When company contacted me three days later, the only available dates were for the following week when I am back at work full time. I do not want to take time off from work for maintenance issues and would like a full refund. Thank you. Jessie

Description of Work: The owner came and inspected our fence gate. He was prompt and polite. He said much more work was needed on the gate. He said he would draw up a plan and get back to us. We told him there was no big rush. He suggested we either get a refund from Angies list for the $99 or subtract it from the cost of the work he might provide later. Since we are undecided about have such a major job done, we decided it would be best to get the $99 refund.

Description of Work: I could not have asked for a better contractor that David Gallegos and Mountain Paradise Landscaping. The owner, David Gallegos & crew poured 2 sections of broken driveway and made me with the left over footage a small patio outside my garden room. When I mentioned a concern about a detached garage, Mr. Gallegos went to work right away and fixed it (for a nominal fee). The my back patio was old and the gravel was creating cracks and coming loose, so we negotiated a price and he poured a new 4" slab over the entire patio, creating new concrete ramps for my wheel chair (& on the garden room patio). I was so impressed and Mr Gallegos is so easy and jovial and most of fair in pricing by calling around to other vendors for the best price for my needs, that I had him pour me a winding sidewalk from the front to the back gate and lastly (for now - more work planned in the future) he made a dried up creek bed with rocks around my plants in the front yard. Everything was done to perfection, his men and Mr. Gallegos worked very hard and I could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: I used another landscaper and I have reported this 2 or 3 times. The gentleman at Mountain Paradise was nice but his plan was completely off. I wanted something simple because I am entertaining a possible move. The plan wasn't bad it just wasn't what I wanted. The landscaper I had do the work I had met a year before and I hired that company.

Description of Work: Mountain Paradise landscaper David agreed to come and assess my landscaping needs in the afternoon on Tuesday, September 9. He never showed up or called. (I had waited at home all afternoon for him.) I emailed him through Angie's List at 6 PM that day to ask where he was. At 7:45 he called and said he'd forgotten to write our appointment in his book. I said I wanted to cancel the deal. Please send me a refund for a service that was never performed. Thanks very much. Joan Neary.
