they came out to give me an estimate as I knew the Big Deal would not cover entire job. He was prompt and professional. I think he would have done a good job. I have decided to wait on this particular project.

Person came, did measurements then calculated to show me a price, approx. $4800. I said we were leaving town next Tuesday and he said he could drop off an estimate in writing on Monday. No show. Upon return after 3 weeks he called and I told him I had not received hold mail looking for estimate. He called next day and said he could start. I said fine bring the estimate and data showing workers comp, bonding and so forth. Never heard from him again! Dates/times/cost by memory since never received written comm. PS: He also said at one point he could do it cheaper if I did not go to Angies list for the $500 off! I've had past dealings with contractors that at the end had amnesia.

It went fine - the work was done on time and professionally and exactly as I requested. I did have to call and remind them to come remove the forms but they came the next day after I called.

This provider advised me he will not able to do the work until November 12th or 13th, but I was needing the work done no later than November 10th.

The job was very well done. David was always available and the crew was always punctual, courteous and professional. They also did a very good clean up when the work was finished. I am particularly happy that David was able to move my job up from the originally scheduled start date of November 10th to October 13th, less than a week after he came out to give me a quote on the job. I was a bit concerned with the original November date, as I live in the foothills, and the weather can often turn quite cold in mid-November. As I had expected, the weather in mid-October was perfect for pouring concrete.

David and crew did an excellent job. The slab was formed up, concrete was wheel-barreled to the backyard from the street and the slab was finished in fine fashion. the crew was friendly and skilled the cleanup was great and i am fully satisfied with the work. David and I discussed another project in the yard and he will be at the top of the list for bids on that project.

David confirmed our appointment and arrived at the agreed upon time. Performed fence maintenance and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very professional and did not try to "upsell" me on other fence work.

Everything was great. All appointments kept and job started early on day to be completed. I made some changes the morning of the job and David accepted them with no problems, even though he had to go and get some additional forms. David brought enough workers to complete the job in one day. Very easy to deal with, would definitely use them again

EXCELLENT! Dave listened to what I wanted, provided pictures of ideas from a notebook of projects and listened to what I needed/wanted. His crew removed all of the old flagstone and reused in for two walkways around the house, replanted plants, moved gravel, poured and completed concrete in all three areas and paid attention to every detail. Dave was down on his hands and knees spreading concrete yesterday! His crew was pleasant, on time, cleaned up their site every night and completed all of the work to be done and then some in one week. I plan to use them again for a new drip system and future work as well. This contact is one I will gladly share with others

David is a nice man and was very punctual and professional. Although the landscaping plan he came up with had some nice features, it was too elaborate and expensive for what I had in mind.

David was punctual, polite, and professional. We discussed possibilities for our yard and our wants. He stated he would get back to us in a few weeks with our plan, which he did. It included some lovely plant ideas, but some of the elements we were interested in were not included.

The deal wasn't clear to me. He told me all the things we could do. I got a hand sketch plan that he emailed me. His suggestions were good. I wanted a more professional drawing. I was surprised. Under different circumstances I might use them in the future.

I contacted David via email regarding the Angie's List offer. I asked about how to proceed with the deal. He said just to go through Angie's List. I then emailed a couple of questions regarding qualifications, time frame, etc. I never heard back. I emailed again. I never heard back. In this day and age, a company needs to communicate effectively via email. Mountain Paradise Landscaping is lacking in this ability.

To start, I am a building inspector by profession and understand what to look for when it comes to construction trades. Planning for the work was a pleasure with David providing several plans and suggesting options. Unlike other landscaping companies, we felt like we were in total control and David was there to provide support throughout the process. Once a design and price estimate was set, the job was scheduled. Materials started to arrive before the job kick-off date which reassured us that the work was going to progress on schedule. The first effort was removal of old landscaping (gravel, rocks, bushes, trees) and opening of a block wall to connect front an back yards. All of that was done within one full day. Remarkable! Next was grading and leveling to prepare for a sunken seating area and construction of the courtyard wall. This is about the time that I changed scope and suggested electrical capacity in the area to make the area ready for hosting outdoor parties. David took it in stride and scheduled an electrical contractor to come in and do the work. I even added six more outlets in the garage as a side job (why not with the electrician there?). My wife asked for a decorative sun design to be added to the exterior of the wall at the entry to the courtyard and David put his artistic skills to work duplicating a design she found in a magazine. Perfect! Power was run to the courtyard area for a fountain, 110V within the walls, and a control switch located in the garage. The wall construction was done with attention to detail and came out beautifully. Next was concrete pour for several decorative pads, low-voltage wiring, and placement of varied materials. The work was completed quickly and it looked great. Lastly was the installation of a wireless entry call button and camera. The add-on looks like it was purpose built for the job and wall location. All work was performed quickly with a high-degree of craftsmanship and quality. Daily clean up and respect for the fact that this is a home and not just some job site was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mountain Paradise Landscaping for all your needs. We will be calling them next year for the back yard to be done.

Outstanding work, all work completed as promised. Cleaned up yard after all work. The work was all performed as agreed without any hassles at all The costs were as agreed and there were no surprises The owner of the company was very creative in his landscaping ideas. David does excellent work. He has done work for us for many years. The first thing he did for us put up a 6 ft block wall around our back yard and concrete patio and thicker concrete pad for our above ground pool. Next he did landscaping and a dog grass for our dog run. He has worked on our grass and zeroscaping including water sytems for the grass, plans and garden. Most recently he put up beautiful wooden patio and stained it for us. His work is wonderful and they work hard and fast.
