Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angies List for a shutdown of air conditioner and start up and safety check of furnace. The appointment was scheduled on October 15TH for 2PM ON OCTOBER 29TH. I was called at 1 on the 29th to let me know they were running late. Okay tha,s fine but by 5:40 I still hadn't heard anything so I had to call them. The owner Joe told me he was still running late and would be there in an hour. Two more hours went by and nothing. My husband finally called to find out what was going on. Joe told him he was on his way and would be there in 15 Minutes. 8:05pm he arrives, mind you the appointment was for 2pm! It was too dark for him to get on the roof and shut down our ac so we paid for that and it didn't. Get done. The deal said I was to get a carbon monoxide detector installed which we didn't get. The tech told me that he was giving me a free filter for the furnace because he was late. Hello, the deal came with a free filter! Bottom line I feel like I got ripped off. I paid for the $99 deal and I got the $79 dollar deal instead. Nothing was said or offered on the ac shutdown.. I guess we just paid for that for nothing.

Description of Work: Workman arrived a little early, which was awesome. Explained what what he did to my furnace, took carbon monoxide tests, was very friendly & professional. Very happy with the service & will most likely call them in the spring to do a reverse process.

Description of Work: Check-up of HVAC system before change-over from air to heat. Checked for Carbon Monoxide. Did not change filter, but sprayed the old one. (Filter replacement was not advertised.) Very friendly and professional and fast.

Description of Work: Joe helped me to troubleshoot my tricky boiler. He gave me his opinion and encouraged me to get a second opinion. I liked his honesty and hard work.

Description of Work: We moved into our new house on March 1st and needed the swamp cooler serviced and turned on for the summer. I called and made an appt for the next day. They were very professional and prompt. When they opened everything up, he replaced a water line and cleaned the filters but told us that we needed new ones pretty quickly as they were in bad shape. We needed the expensive ones which he did not have but told us where we could purchase them and that they could come back and put them in for us. Everything was running well but a couple of hours later it was leaking water. I called (after hours) and they came out first thing the next morning. We were told that the filters were just not holding up. We purchased the filters and they came back and put them in, checked everything, made adjustments to pipes etc and everything has been working beautifully. They were really great, showed us how everything worked as this was our first experience with a swamp cooler and we only paid for the 1st and 3rd visits. I would recommend them and we will be calling them in the fall when it is time to switch it all back.

Description of Work: My heater stoped working,they came out and fixed it.

Description of Work: These guys came out and turned off my swamp cooler and started up my heater. I'v had other people come out before,but i have never experienced some one acutely seem like they care about my property.My heater looked bran new when they were done,they even gave me a gas test on my whole house and made sure their was no carbonmonoxide at all... For only 69$ an hour I will defiantly will call these guys again
