He was on time, friendly, professional, and, in addition to the repairs pointed, he out my improper setting of my Instant Hot Water meter and adjusted that for me.

All went well except for lack of communication when the plumber could not make the appointment time. Half an hour after he was due (10:00), I called. I was told there had been an emergency water-line break they had to respond to and that the plumber could be at my house by 1:00. At 1:30, I called again and they said maybe 2:30. Plumber finally arrived at ~3:15. The Big Deal was for replacing the the 2 outdoor hose spigots ($99). When he finished that, he asked if there was any other plumbing I needed and I asked if he could replace the kitchen faucet with one I had in hand in a box. He did that, charging for an extra hour ($69). The workmanship was good and he worked efficiently. Really, the only gripe I have was not that the plumber was late. I understand that emergencies happen. But that I had to call in the first place to discover that (they should have called me right away) and then call again when their new estimate was way off.

The servicing provider was expected around 10:30 AM. At 11:00 I messaged them to see what the ETA would be. Plumber arrived a little before 12 PM. The job took less than a hour to complete. The plumber was very professional and pleasant. I was not happy with the delay, not because they were late but because I had to contact them. I have hired other subcontractors and plumbers who routinely call their customers if they are running behind. Unresolved: I never received a service invoice for the work that was done and since I purchased $ 70.00 TOWARDS $200.00 in plumbing services, it is irritating to believe that this job cost $200. I emailed Joe's Plumbing twice, got one response that they would send the invoice to me for services completed, but have not received the invoice nor a response to my second request.

The representative that was sent to help us was very friendly. He did arrive later than scheduled and we had to call a couple of times to check status as we were not called to let us know about the delay. We proceeded to let him know the issue and told him our desire to get the problem fixed as two other plumbers had not helped us stop the shower leak. Bottom line - the leak was not fixed and it is dripping just as fast now as it was before the plumber arrived. The plumber left and we are back at square one trying to fix this leak.

I purchased the Low-flow toilet deal on Angie's List. I scheduled the appointment and Anthony arrived and quickly assessed the situation. He suggested a new toilet water line and installed it promptly. It took approximately 1 hour to change out the toilet and the new one looks and works great. Glad to know I'm saving water and it was professionally done. Thanks for a job well done!

It worked out just fine. They're so good they are coming back for another job.

Richard sent out two guys within hours of my call; they fixed the problem immediately. They didn't even charge me for an emergency call. I am beyond grateful.

I bought this deal on 10/19, and asked the provider if we could wait until it started getting cold to make the appointment, and they did get back to me and said that was fine. I contacted them on 11/7 to set up an appointment, and they never responded. I contacted them again on 11/12, and they never responded. Last night my husband had to do it himself because it was 21 degrees and we needed heat. I won't ever buy anything from these people again. I do understand this is probably a very busy time for them, but if they don't have 30 seconds to respond to a message from someone who has already paid for their services, then something is very wrong.

They did a great job. From start to finish, working both in the house and out in the garage, workers from Joe's Plumbing kept everything clean. They stayed right on budget and explained everything they did and how the new system worked. The whole job was done in one day, just as they said. I would use Joe's again without any doubts of any kind. A plumbing company you can trust.

I called them this morning. Informed them that I saw that the toilet they were going to install isn't what I was wanting. Said they would try and amend the issue and I haven't heard back from them.

The first two times they didn’t show up without even a phone call. I wanted to cancel and left a message with Angies list and never heard back. So being curious as to why they didn’t come, I called them a third time and I was assured they would be there and they would make it up to me and man in office said they must have gotten busy on another job but to just wait around and he would make sure that they would come over that day. I told him to call me back to let me know. They never came over and he didn’t call back. They must be doing it on purpose because no one can stay in business and be that inept. And Angies List gives them and A rating. I’ d hate to see who they rate a B.

My first hesitation about this provider was when the phone was not answered as a business, I had to ask if this was Joe's Plumbing. I told Joe I had purchased a swamp cooler switchover from Angie's list and we set an appointment to have the work done at 1:00 on Thursday, October 23. No one arrived at the agreed upon time. We called and set a second appointment for Wednesday, October 29 between 9 and 10:00. Once again no one showed. . I left a message on the "business" number that I would make other arrangements and would like a refund. After this we received two phone messages from the tech who was supposed to do the work. I called again to say we had made other arrangements. Joe told me they had been trying to reach us but were not able to. Funny, but we received messages from every politician in the state but none from Joe"s Plumbing until after two missed appointments. It was a very disappointing experience.

We had an appointment scheduled, and there was some mis-communication and the appointment was missed. That was my only window of opportunity unfortunately.

The service provider was quite late, which was the only problem I had with him. He was apologetic for the delay and got to work right away. He answered all my questions, some of which weren't even related to the furnace inspection, showing me how to turn off the irrigation system for the winter. He gave me some estimates on a new furnace and a new filter setup, both addressing my questions and without any pressure. I felt his inspection went above and beyond inspections I've had in the past, and I will have Joe's Plumbing come back regularly to do the same.

The 1499 was for a furnace in a garage - should probably note that on the ad - mine is in a crawl space. They were professional and gave me quotes (8,961.43 to replace, 13,764.35 to replace it correctly) and I am not budgeted for that at this time.

Daniel arrived promptly. He was very professional and worked quickly to accomplish his work. We were very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call Joe's Plumbing in the future for any of our plumbing or air conditioning/heating needs. Daniel is a great representative of the company.

HVAC Inspection was requested through Angie's list. Joe's Plumbing did not call us in specified days for the inspection. We called the number, but the automatic message said that the line does not accept external phone calls, and does not have a voice mail. We called Angie's list to find out that the correct number should be 505-319-8791 505-319-8791 505-319-8791 505-319-8791. We were offered a service from another provider but none was found. So we called Joe's Plumbing. The man said he will come on 10-15-2014 between 10am and noon. He did not come. I called him after 12 noon. He said that he will call us soon and come. I was waiting till 2pm, and he did no call and did not come. I called him at 2pm, but he had no explanation, and no offer when he can come. This company was extremely professional.. They changed out hot water heater. They were proficient, polite, and right on time. Would recommend their comapny.

We got an email and stated that they cannot do the job and a phone number as well to call and when we called it went to a number that didn’t accept incoming calls.

Joe's Plumbing showed up promptly on the day and time scheduled and replaced my furnace with a new one. New duct work was included and they also hauled away the old furnace. Upon completion, they checked for gas leaks and found one on my old stove. I had them turn the stove off so I could replace the stove at a later date. They were very professional while doing their job and finished easily within one day.

OMG, Theses guys are the best! Richard, owners son, is very knowledge in his field. Not this visit, in past, they've replaced plumbing lines under every sink in my rental, great job done, cleaned up their mess, Great Price. First time I called them in 2012, I needed help with gas fireplace. Richard worked with it, got it working, needed no parts or service, and didn't charge me. He came to do swamp cooler then also. He vacuumed furnace area. They went above and beyond what I expected! I use Joe's Plumbing twice year to switch swamp cooler and definitely recommend these guys.

They showed up around 6:30 PM Friday night which was surprising (who works that late on a Friday). Unit was repaired, but broke again 45 minutes later. Called back in Saturday and was told that we wouldn't see anybody until Monday. Saturday afternoon, they did come back out and fixed the unit. The unit is still working - Awesome job!!

We had turned on the heater during a cool spell and one bedroom filled with dirt and dust. The man had to crawl under the house, with not much room, and found the break under the bedroom. He also looked around at the other ducts and found a couple more joints that were about to fail so we had him fix them all. He was quick and thorough, helpful and professional. Great job.

Work was quick, well done. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Price was not too high. Will not hesitate to use this company again and I anticipate calling within the next few months for a faucet replacement
