It went perfectly! Tom and Jordan were able to do exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. They were both friendly and courteous, even while our dogs were barking wildly at them. LOL. We couldn't be happier with the job they did, and will most definitely call them again when we need electrical work done!

Mr. Thomas Brancato personally answered our phone call, and he arranged to see us the very next day. He even phoned us the day of the appointment to let us know he could come earlier, which we were more than happy to hear. He and his associate were personable, professional and fairly invoiced us. We highly recommend 4B's Electric and Mr. Brancato and his associate.

Tom was on time and did troubleshooting for my outlets and breaker boxes. Excellent service! Very reasonable and personable. I will do business with him again in the future.

Tom and helpers were on time and got right to work. Everything was cleaned before they left even though any dust or debris was minimal. We are very happy with their work and will be calling on them again for future work.

Tom did excellent work and explained the use and function of everything installed. The installation was neat and professional. I would certainly use his services in the future. Not only does Tom do good work, but he has excellent communication skills.

quick diagnosis w/apprentice, took five min to replace, power to adjoining bedroom restored. He had no other to repay me change for the $50 check I had written, so he took the $15 dollars out of his own wallet. Very pleasant gentleman.

They arrived a few minutes early and we discussed the work to be done. As there were 2 persons, the work needed to be accomplished in 1 hour (The $90.00 rate for 2 man-hours). One person did all of the smoke detectors and the owner took the harder job of installing the lights - one is on a 12 foot ceiling. We ran the time over by approx. 30 minutes, but I was charged the Angie's deal rate for the extra time. Everything was cleaned up and I'd gladly have any future electrical work done by this company. Highly recommend!!!!

Mr. Brancato met and exceeded my expectations for quality of work and professionalism (and I am kind of a nit-picker/perfectionist type). The burned-out kitchen fixture that he replaced required extra prep work in the ceiling, as the original fixture had been "jerry-rigged" in and it was a bit of a mess. I have used other local electricians in the past and this company was far superior to any of them. It was reassuring to have the work done correctly; not only that but both Mr. Brancato and the young man assisting him were meticulous in cleaning up after the job was completed. I was so happy to have found this company through Angie's List and will definitely use them again on some other electrical work that needs to be done in this house. I have found in the past that some contractors don't like to work on older houses (this house was built in 1936) because problems can arise with even minor remodels. The positive attitude shown by Mr. Brancato and his helper in problem-solving was a stark contrast to the others. I would absolutely recommend this company without reservation----I feel certain that anyone who hires him for electrical work will be as delighted with the results as I am.

There was a ceiling fan and entry light that needed hung 2 stories up. The provider didn't have the equipment to reach that high and would need to rent equipment for an additional charge at my expense. I declined the services due to additional fees.

Provider showed up right on time. His helper/trainee counted as one man hour. Job was completed to my satisfaction. The reason he would not accept a credit card did not make a lot of sense to me, but I let that one go. It took a bit longer than I had expected, but the provider was reasonable about the cost of the extra 2 hours.

Upgraded the outlets in my master bathroom from 2 to 4 plugs including GCFI's for our double vanity, added an outlet for the LED lights in our vanity and added an outlet for our new spa tub. Tom also rewired our sink lighting from single to double lighting fixtures and swapped out our off/on switch to include a dimmer switch and switch for the vanity night lights.

Tom and his assistant were polite and extremely helpful. Easily completed the job they were hired to do. I would like to say they cleaned up their mess but they didn't make one! Gave me a quote on some other work I needed to get done. Tom was honest about what be a fairly big job. He also gave a lot of good advice regarding the placement of sockets and switches in our kitchen renovation. He suggested that I call him when I had the kitchen in pieces so that I wouldn't be charged for extra labor. He quoted each job separately for me so I could work each into my on going budget.

The work went great. He showed up on time and called when he was on his way. I had called another electrician before calling Tom. The other guy didn't show up to do the work and never called, and his quote was much higher. Tom is very punctual and he does quality work. This was a very small job, and I was happy that he was willing to do it. I was having trouble finding someone to insulate and drywall the garage that I was turning into a pottery studio. Tom recommended a man who he has done a lot of work with in the past. That turned out great as well! When I need an electrician in the future, I will certainly call him and I have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors. Thanks, Tom!

Tom was first of 3 contractors to call, within an hour or so vs. 1 & 2 days. Squeezed my apparently small job in between others to complete work faster than I'd hoped, at best price. Work turned out to be more complicated than appeared but Tom returned next day to finish. Punctual, professional, friendly & easy to work with. Left space clean at end of each day. Would definitely hire again!

There is little more I can add to what has already been written about Tom and his business. He was beyond great and fair. We highly, highly recommend him and intend to use him for all electrical work.

He was great. The guy was really nice. I have very good things to say about him. He is very personable. He fixed everything he said, as a matter of fact, he figured something out that a long ago I had called an electrician to fix and he had said, he would have to break out the wall and do all this rewiring, so I never had this little light fixed and I missed it forever. So I happened to ask him about it and he found out where the little electrical box was and fixed it. He was great. He just knew it right away. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was a very likeable guy. He was very friendly, he gave us great service and he was very fair. He did some research for us to try and find these lights and there were no issues with him. If you need electrical work, I would highly recommend them.
