Excellent service! Glad I picked 4bs electric. Did excellent work

It went great! Tom immediately found that one breaker needed to be replaced. He had asked me to send him a picture of the breaker box so he could bring the correct parts which might be needed. He replaced the breaker, checked all wiring and had his helpers caulk around the outdoor outlets to prevent rain from getting into them. He explained what he was doing; and he itemized the bill, so I understood what I was paying for. I appreciated his pricing, his work and the way he interacted with his helpers. If I need an electrician in the future, I will definitely call 4B's again.

Excellent work, friendly and efficient

I have used Tom's 4 B's Electric services on several projects in two different homes. Prior to working with Tom I had used other electricians and was never happy. They didn't do what they were supposed to; treated their helpers rudely; or they outright did things wrong. I had been using another site to get the names of electricians. When Tom came over for the first job, he spent hours fixing what the previous owner had done. A spaghetti junction of wires over the kitchen. Hidden connections etc. He also fixed things at the panel that another electrician had not noticed, although I had paid him to assure me that everything in the panel was fine. Everything on this job took too long etc. Tom was fantastic, patient, calm and was extremely fair in his price. I've used Tom ever since. He comes when he says he will. He does the job. He never cuts corners. He tells me when he sees other issues that need to get fixed. He advises me so I don't spend an arm and a leg doing something I may not have to do (replace a fan when I can just change the light fixture). His fair pricing lets me do renovations I would not normally attempt (or would madly try to do myself). He has apprentices that work well with him. I trust Tom. I know he will do a good job and he won't rip me off. That is invaluable. I highly recommend 4 B's Electric!

Found the company on Angie's List and was not disappointed. Tom arrived on time, gave easy to understand explanations about garage outlet, and then changed out 5 light fixtures. He was very pleasant and professional, and clearly knows his profession. Will hire again when I'm ready to change all the kitchen lighting :)

Tom Brancato arrived when he said he would. He did a thorough diagnostic evaluation of the problem described to him by me. As it turned out, the problem had resolved itself, However, Tom discussed a viable option should the problem reoccur. There is no doubt, I will call him for any and all future issues requiring an electrician. He charged me nothing for his time and diagnostic services. I believe this electrician to be an honest, honorable trades-person. jpc

Tom and Alex were able to quickly solve my problem. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, not only regarding the doorbell but with many other electrical questions I had about my house. They were on time, friendly, and conscientious. I would definitely hire them again.

Great. Switches replaced with wall remote switches for light and fan, installed and work as expected.

They came promptly, on time, and fixed the issues that we had and charge was reasonable.

Tom and his crew got here early and finished quickly and professionally. They had to go under existing flagstone patio to bury line. They put everything back they way it was when completed. Will use them in the future for sure.

The electrician told me what to do on the phone and I tried to do the reset he recommended, but couldn't find the right outlet. He arrived on time and within 1 minute one of his guys uncovered the right outlet. Since it took so little time and effort, he only charged $40 instead of the usual $80. Very honorable.

excellent. The workmen arrived on time identified the problem and took care of it. Price was very fair.

I had an old hot tub removed, but the wiring to the tub was left just capped off from a conduit on the tub pad. I had 4 Bs elecrical convert this to an outdoor plug, This was a tricky job as it entailed cutting down a crocked the conduit and putting in an electrical box. The did a fantastic job. At the same time I had them put in undercounter lighting and add extension boxes to all my counter lights in preparation to add new tile backsplash. Additionally, the replaced a defective 3-way switch for my kithchen halogen track lights, a bit tricky since it required a special switcht to be compatable with the current switch. Tom, the owner and head electrician and his team were very couteous, knowledgable and polite. I would definately hire them again.

excellent -- needed reinforcement in ceiling for much heavier light fixture.

The electrician showed up on time. Two people were required to do the job, which required a ladder. The track and fixtures were installed using components I supplied, so only labor was charged. The workmen were professional and courteous.

I needed some electrical outlets moved but needed a city permit. 4 B's decided the job was too small for having to get a permit and I was ok with that. So job was not performed by mutual agreement but I did pay for these services on line. I am waiting on the refund from that.

This is the second time we have had 4 B's Electric work at our house! They are responsive, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and affordable. All the work was completed in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the new lighting in our kitchen. If you need electrical work done, we highly recommend 4 B's Electrical. We will hire again for any future projects.

These guys did excellent work! They made time for me this way I could do some laundry. They came on time, kept the area clean, and cleaned up when they finished. I would recommend them to anyone. I paid for a 2 hour coupon and they worked for less than and hour, He told me he would reimburse me the difference and mail me a check and he kept his word! I got the reimbursement check in the mail a few days later. Anytime I need an electrician I will be giving them a call.

Everything was done very professionally. First ceiling light installed was defective. Installer was kind enough to return it to Home Depot and got a replacement.

Tom and his team were wonderful. They showed up early and listened to my electrical challenges. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They shared with me the diagnosis and the solutions. I would use 4BsElectic again, with no hesitation. I used the coupon they offered through this website.

I want to write this review for this job because the workmanship, cost and customer service was beyond my expectations. I am generally very critical and I can't remember giving a five star rating before this. I feel there is always room for improvement. I am giving 4 B's electric 5 stars because of their professionalism. I could go on with my appreciation for the quality of their work. I have already gladly recommended their service to one of my friends who need an electrician.
