Tom was able to come to our daughter's house the afternoon we called. There was a water build up outside her house that the outside pump was not able to handle. He got the problem solve, was on time and got the needed parts to fix the problem. It was such a blessing that he was able and willing to help us out with this water problem. Tom came the next morning and worked on the problem of our son's treadmill - replacing parts and fixing electrical problems. We felt he was punctual, hard working, easy to work with and appreciated him being able to help us out rather quickly. We did find 4 B's Electric on Angie's list. This was our first time to use it and how pleased we were.

I found Tom to be efficient and courteous and I called him again to bring power to a workshop I had put in. Again Tom gave me a simple explanation of what it would take to bring power out to my shed and gave me a quote. I decided to let 4b's do the work and within a day I had power and lights for my shop! I was extremely impressed with Tom's knowledge about electricity and what it took to set up the right kind of panel to run the shop. His installation looks great and works perfect. I have know found a electrican that actually cares about the work he performs and how quick he gets the job done. Even cleaning up after himself! Tom made it all look so easy. He was very accurate on his estimate, also being friendly yet very professional. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work that needs to be done and I will defiantly use him again.

Tom knows what his competition is charging, and he knows the value of his own service. Tom takes pride in his work. He a collection of green tag photos from all his passed inspections. He carries his inspector on his shoulder, anticipating nearly every complaint he would lodge, and thereby performing excellent work that passes quickly, or with minor adjustments. Tom took the care and time to troubleshoot some pretty crazy problems that were not even in the scope of the hire. He just wanted the place to pass, and be safe. I can hardly recommend Tom Brancato and crew enough. They worked with me on a panel for a house I ended up not purchasing, then really shone l Iike the sun when I finally found the right house. This little company displayed exemplary honesty and plain old fashioned good character while working with me, as I finagled a home purchase on-line from WA State. Two of the other professionals I had chosen failed epically, either plain old stealing money, or running away from a messy job half done...taking advantage of a purchaser who has only telephone contact, or who was busy with other problems, though present. Tom kept up his calm and humor and his focus all the way through, and shared my sadness when I found out two other pros were jerking me around. Hire this guy. He is smart and I know he is kind, as well. Tom is not merely an electrician. He is an Electrical Contractor. These people are more specifically trained than any other kind of contractor. They have safety standards to uphold. He takes this seriously, and is a proud example of what independent professionals can truly be. He is funny, too! If you need electrical work, you can do no better than 4 B's. There may be a few other good outfits, but I doubt they have the sheer delight of good personality mixed with skills and experience. Gritty details: Tom untangled, cleaned up and capped a totally mis- wired and burnt up fan fixture. He Moved the wrong, small panel out of the house, replaced it with a larger, corrected panel onthe exterior. Because the meter had been removed, and the property closed for three years, all problems had to be identified and corrected. There were many. He counseled me on the repairs required for my telephone or cable service per the wires and mess he witnessed. Tom Listened closely and compared ideas with my spouse, a journeyman electrician unable to do the work, herself. Came sooner than advertised when his schedule changed, taking less time than he might have. He called the inspectors and met with them, directly, for all their needs. He was totally graceful when my credit card company got confused about all the purchases in Albuquerque all of a sudden, and then responded by blocking my account without telling me...so his check was denied, and had to be replaced, which took a little time. Not too many professionals have that level of trust, faith, good manners or what ever it took. Tom Brancato IS the cat's pajamas. He is the only one I will be hiring for all my electrical contractor needs.

I have been thoroughly pleased with Tom's work, his work ethic, his honesty and his desire to make me and my family as the xcustomer happy with the work that he performed. He will go the extra mile to make sure that we are happy with what he is doing. The first job that he did for us was to help us unearth an electrical service up at our Ranch that was more than 200 feet long and buried. We foud it, and Tom put it in conduit and reburied it. We then have had him replace the defective main electrical panel in a offiec that we bought and to also wire the entire office for computers. The finished job was such that you could not tell that it had been done. Most recently, he has replaced the defective main electrical panel in our house and has replaced a major light fixture that had been defective and has worked with the manufacturer and the distributor to have them give us credit for the defective product.

I am very satisfied. The work was done in less than 10mn. Mr. Brancato was very professional , courteous and nice. I will definitely use his company in the future. Thanks a lot.

He did what I wanted him to do and his prices were reasonable. He finished when he said he would and I am happy with him. I will use him again in the future. He was very friendly and didn't try to baloney me.
