Description of Work: The plumber came on time, completely replaced the old drain pipes under the sink that have been leaking forever with smaller pipes and glued them in place. He was clean and efficient and even replaced a bathtub divert-er for us that was leaking badly.

Description of Work: The heat in our guest house was not working (combined heating/cooling unit). First bid came in at $4000.00 for a new unit! Sun city came over, identified the problem as a blocked gas jet and charged about $40.00 to fix the problem. The unit is working fine.
