From the first contact they were prompt, informative and stayed in contact. In fact, throughout the job I appreciated their great communication, always keeping me informed. The access on the gas line job was not particularly easy and Ryan not only got that installed nicely, but Todd came right in after and repaired the kitchen wall so that you would never notice it had been cut open. A beautiful, skilled job. The office staff was professional, very competent and good natured, which made the whole thing flow well. A very nice experience!

From start to finish, the Sun City experience was superb! From the initial phone call, appointment, and the actual work to the final bill was the standard for all businesses to maintain. I want to say a special "thanks" to "Micha". Micha's two-man team was professional, friendly and flexible. They even repaired my refrigerator leak with eagerness. Our AC unit went out so he came to check things out. Turns out, one of the breakers in our breaker box had gotten flipped, possibly from the storm the night before. So, he ended up just having to flip the breaker switch but he was on time, professional and tested our AC unit to make sure it was OK.

Ryan was the gentleman doing the work. He was pleasant, hard-working, efficient and neat. We will certainly use Sun City Plumbing again when we have the need.

They are efficient. They are punctual, they show up on time, they do the work that they say they are going to do, and they let you know in advance what they are doing. The first unit we had done in 2009, and I was satisfied with what they did, and they had to come out with a crane to make the swap up, because here everything is on the roof. They had to remove the heating unit and replace it with the heating and AC unit. I decided to go with them because of the Angie's List ratings.

The service man arrived on time, was very courteous. He explained what he was doing, did the work and made some filter recommendations. He was very easy to understand. I also purchased the company's "System Care Plan" which is year round care and maintenance of my air conditioning and heating units. My daughter and her husband have used this company for over a year now and are very satisfied.

They were timely and their diagnosis was accurate. I would use them again.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday night. Sunday's high was expected to top 100 degrees. Sun City was not only available to work on Sunday, but came within an hour of being called. Harvey diagnosed the problem, and after returning from the warehouse (also open on Sunday!), had the unit repaired within forty-five minutes. Prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Sun City did an awesome job. Their people were professional and got the job done as quickly as possible. We are very grateful. They did a good job cleaning up. I did contact Jason a few days later when I found an old piece of pipe they forgot. He had clearly been by to inspect the work done. Not only did they follow up and remove the remaining junk. He had one of his people adjust the height of the cleanouts making them almost invisible. Thank you very much. We will definitely hire them in the future!

The guys who came to do the work actually made our HVAC installation pleasant!! They were professional, courteous,let us know what they were doing, and all their work was beautiful and well done. Everything was cleaned up like they were never here!! They listened to how we wanted to have things done and came up with perfect solutions. The couple of issues that came up after the installation were handled immediately and taken care of to our satisfaction. Thanks Sun City, you have a great group that works for you!!

Our air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer. Sun City was able to give us a quote right away after having a look at our house. The service was completed in 1 day and was done well. They are much more professional and not flaky like the typical HVAC contractor.

I called, and Sun City responded almost immediately. Sun City replaced the pilot assembly on the heating unit. I liked Sun City's professionalism and responsiveness, so I signed a service contract for a year. The price includes the replacement of the pilot assembly and a one-year service contract.

I have an annual (every six months) check out of furnace (Winter) and air conditioner (Summer) and emergency response from time to time and found Sun City to be responsive, professional and cost effective.

Danny Gomez is the name of the plumber who was sent to my house. He worked hard, seemed very efficient, and was professional in his demeanor. When he completed his work on the Rinnai, he checked all faucets and showers to make sure everything was working as it should. He cleaned the system completely and then vacuumed the box because there was heavy dust build up in it.

We had heat the first night and they finished the installation on the second day. Very professional hard working technicians. Highly recommend Sun City Plumbing and Heating.

Sun City's office called us to schedule service of our AC/Heating unit. They worked with us around our schedule and our request to have LD, one of their top technicians, come to our home and do the conversion from cooling to heating. LD was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. LD provided my husband with tips and information on the system, reminded him that the filters needed to be changed monthly, and even gave advice on the direction the air vents should be pointing and how to direct heat around the house. LD even let me know what I could do to conserve energy in regards to the windows, vents, and lightly used rooms in our home. The service given by Sun City (& LD) was superior. People that I have discussed Sun City with are often taken aback by what they offer and the fact they stand by their word.

Came on time, very friendly and professional throughout the process, were clear what was their company and what belonged to Lowes. Finished the job on time and cleaned up well. Airconditioning works great.

We had bacteria problems with the hot water heaters, and we ended up replacing them. They were quite old, around 7 years old. We have been using Sun city plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the house for several years. They are a team of very knowledgeable plumbers, responsive, reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

the original unit we had agreed to install was not available as they had been led to beliefe, so after searching through options, we went with another brand that turned out to be an even better deal. after the unit was installed, there were problems with the air conditioning part of the unit which they continued to work on until finally discovering that the unit had been incorrectly wired at the factory. they were always willing to work on the problem and stopped by many times after regular work to try to remedy the ac problem. we had a small leak in the roof after they had installed the return vent, and after a couple of tries, got it fixed. they were always professional, positive and determined to make things right. i would strongly recommend them to anyone considering an ac installation.

These people may be great plumbers; based on our experience, we would suggest getting estimates from several plumbers and not sole-sourcing from this company. The estimate to purchase and install a 50 gallon electric water heater with a six year warranty was $1,700. The estimate for a ten year warranty water heater was $2,760. Now I should say that the $1,700 was not a crazy high estimate, considering that we needed to run a 220v line to the utility closet. What floored us was the upcharge for a 10 year warranty water heater. In searching the internet, we could not even find a 50 gallon electric water heater that costs $1,000, and the $1,060 difference was for going from a 6 year warranty to a ten year warranty! Our actual cost for installing a 12 year warranty water heater through another plumber was a little under $1,400 including permits, code improvements to the utility closet and sales taxes. This may be a one-time misunderstanding, but it's always best to get three estimates. Note: since this provider did not actually provide services to us, we are giving an overall grade that is equal to their overall grade on AngiesList as of this date (8/7/13)

I had a very good experience with them, they came out quick and they did a good job. Their technician was polite, punctual and very nice. They know what they are doing so I like the company.

Miguel showed up in time and serviced the A/C. Found I was missing a filter and installed one. Professional and courteous. Not cheap, but not unreasonable either.

They were clean. The house was never a mess. I've never seen a contractor that works with a vacuum. When they were doing the drywall work, they actually put up plastic so none of the drywall dust went outside of the area where they were working. They were very professional. I like the fact that even though they were Hispanic and spoke Spanish among themselves outside, they always spoke English inside.
