Went very well. Richard had to cut the pool fill line to access the back of the hose bib, made the repair to the hose bib and repaired the pool fill line. Problem solved!!

When I call to schedule the service I spoke with Eddie and discussed my options for Sun City's HVAC service plans which include two visit a year (Spring & Fall) then he quoted me a price on the combing out of the fins on my AC condenser unit. I verbally agreed to the estimate for the annual service plan and the repair of the condenser fins. Eddie and I then began to work on scheduling a time for the service. Eddie informed me that the service would take 3 hours and there employees get off at 5 so the latest they could start my project was 2pm. On the day of the service I rushed home from work to ensure I was home by 2pm. At 2:30 I call Eddie to find out the status of the technician and Eddie informed that the technician was running behind and it would be an hour before the technician could get to my residence. This was extremely frustrating to me considering I had to take and hour off of work to ensure I was here on time and the technician nor Eddie had the courtesy to call and let me know they were running behind. I informed Eddie of what my hourly rate is at work and asked if they would they like to discount my bill for the hour of work that I had to take off because they did have the common courtesy to call and let me know they were running late. Eddie then stated that during our initial conversation he informed me the appointment times are an estimate and they have an 1 hour window in which they can show-up within. This was a total lie as I was NEVER informed of this 1 hour window and at this point was VERY frustrated. Eddie then said that once I calmed down I could call back and he would discuss this issue further with me. Needless to say I will not be calling Sun City back.

They arrive on-time, are very professional and do exactly what is needed. They give us some advice on the HVAC system if needed. They double checked our ducts because one area of the house didn't feel like it was getting the same air slow as the rest of the house. They took the time to check things and explain them to us. We would definitely keep using them. [unfortunately we recently moved away from New Mexico due to a job change]

I could tell from the beginning that they go the extra mile. Victor cleaned the heater well and then he did a Carbon Monoxide check and found that there were high Carbon Monoxide readings within the heater itself. He also had told me that the readings were OK at the vents but not at the heater and so since he didn't know what was causing the high readings at the heater, he was not comfortable, letting me keep it on like that. He worked on troubleshooting it quite awhile and had to go onto another call. However, he did return as promised in the evening and brought Jose with him who he said had even more experience. They worked on it until 7:15PM. After awhile, I felt kind of bad for them so I told them they could go home and come back another day as it was getting late and I could live another day without a heater. But they would have none of it - they were determined to get that heater fixed. Also, that was the day we had the very high winds and it was so cold it even snowed a bit but these guys were still up on the roof checking the heating vent in the horrible winds. They did find the issue and they showed me what had caused the issue. We have maintained our heater in the past so the symptom he showed me, I had actually seen before but we didn't think anything of it. They believe the issue may have been that way from the manufacturer. I do understand in this case that what they found was not a run of the mill problem they run across and the fact that they found and especially fixed it speaks of their expertise. Finally, the next day, I was so glad they had insisted on fixing my heater. I came down with the worst head cold and a bout of the flu so I really needed that heater. So Thank You SO MUCH Victor and Jose for being persistent and for caring. You did an A++ job. May God Bless you and your families Thanksgiving!!!!

Sun City is always very professional and I appreciate the quality of their work. But their prices seem very high for this area and really hurt our budget. In this case I was charged $325 for the new gas valve, $137 for a small gas drip pipe assembly, and $60 for diagnosing the problem.

This company takes care of all our heating and cooling and plumbing issues. They do a great job and save us money in the long run. Everyone employee is professional, competent, courteous, and on time. Can't say enough good about this locally owned family business.

I had a condensate line that was clogged and leaking and it wasn't the first time. Scheduling a service call was easy and the time I needed was arranged. Sun City found that the primary line had actually been installed where the secondary line was, causing just a tiny clog to backup and leak. They rerouted the line properly and showed me how to maintain it. I had also been having trouble with the fan not shutting off and no one had been able to fix it. It was a relay which was unfortunately attached to a control board and couldn't be replaced without replacing the entire control board, adding to the cost. We also had 2 registers in the house with no easy way to install filters. They replaced those so filters can be changed easily. Jose was on time and professional. I have always been happy with the service we get from Sun City and this time was no exception.

Great experience! Wanted to convert from evaporative AC to refrigerated AC. Sun City gave a competitive quote. All staff members were extremely professional and prompt...always arrived on time or five minutes early!! After unit was installed we were promptly guided through the use of the new system by a supervisor. No mess or garbage left behind either. Great experience and would recommend to anyone!

Professional. Guy came out to do estimate and schedule set up. The two guys that came to install were great, took care not to leave parts, trash, or make a mess despite what they had to do. Two weeks later another person came to check on our satisfaction with the job. Our only complaint is with the electrical contractor who they subbed for the job. We have breakers in our kitchen that pop when we use more than one appliance. Job took about three days in total, but we are happy with the unit they installed.

Smoothly. They answered all my questions, were professional and kept me informed. Some parts were delayed or had to be reordered at no fault of their own and they kept us in the loop. Dave worked well as the Project Manager. The estimator Jason did a good job. Jose was used for the HVAC conversion. Micah, CJ, Chewy, and Josh all good plumbers. Thanks all for a job well done.

Wonderful! We have had several problems with our aging AC and They always show up quickly and repair immediately. This is especially important in the heat of summer. Friendly and kind to my elderly father.

After the install, one faucet was not tested by the technician, so there was a small error made. They came back promptly and made things right.

We called the office several times over the past couple of weeks to find out if the parts were in and again ask about overnight shipping. The lady in the office did not know when the parts were ordered or when they were coming in, and no one else called us back. Finally, we were told they should be in last week on Thursday or Friday. Today, we finally got word that the parts arrived and that Victor would be out after his 3 pm appointment. He showed up about 6:40 pm and installed the parts and the AC is working. I got home after 8 pm. Meanwhile, we have suffered through nearly two weeks of high temperatures and high humidity with no air conditioning. It was 92 degrees inside the office when he arrived today, and has been at least 90 every afternoon since July 1. I am currently shopping to replace my swamp cooler at home with refrigerated, and will NOT be contacting Sun City. I hope we don't use them at work ever again. This has been a horrible experience, and there was no need for it. The parts could have easily been shipped by Fed Ex or UPS. I do not know the price of this repair. The home build year 1950 is for my home. The office was built in 1996 and originally had a Mastercool that was replaced by this unit later.

We were extremely impressed with this company because not only did the technician find the problem with our AC, he went above and beyond by noticing a gas leak with our heater. He told me that while he was on the roof he kept smelling gas. After investigating, he found a crack in the line leading to our heater. We're so grateful because the gas leak was not only dangerous but probably effecting our gas bill. He took a photo of it, closed the valve and recommended we get it fixed. As for the AC problem, it had too much freon and this was causing the compressor to overheat. Unfortunately we had gotten a pre-summer tuneup by another company, which I will never call again, and they put in too much freon. The technician removed the exact amount the other company had added in April.

He told me the switch was bad. I said I could change it out. When I did it still did not work. He came back and when the breaker was switched on it worked. The GFI had also tripped. We laughed. No charge for that.

We are completely satisfied with the service provided.

Although I did not find vendor on Angie's originallyalled them about 3 years ago when our original installer left us in the lurk on a weekend. Very professional, price seemed reasonable. About a year later, had some wiring burnt out and again called Sun City and discovered it was motor. Again although they were not the original vendor or installer they took the time to check whether part was under warranty and gratefully it was. So now I call them firstly, which i had to do Monday, and although I was not able to be present, my wife spoke highly of the professionalism, service and recommendations of technician. Trust me this is high praise as my wife normally does not want to deal with repairs and/or service matters. Extremely pleased, recommend highly.

They are good. They came out, were very thorough and professional. We are very satisfied with them. They did a very good job and we are happy.

Jim arrived precisely on time. He was professional and even suggested a cheaper fix!! It saved us thousands and a better fix than what we had suggested. Now how many companies would do that for you!? They arrived the exact time they promised and the job was done in one day. We had a problem with with city codes Sun City came back immediately. Wow what a great outfit we will always call Sun City to help us out.
