Description of Work: I scheduled a call from this website...had a phone call from Sun City within 15 minutes after hitting send.. |They will do a package deal for cleaning and maintenance ....$200 for 2 x a year...no mileage charge which was great as we are off the beaten path. |Sent out a service man who spoke great English, as we do not speak Espanol. |Very thorough with all of the HVAC service.

Description of Work: Jason of Sun City Plumbing arrived on time to give an estimate and recommendation for a new A/C unit. We are having solar electric installed so we are totally green, so we decided it was also time to replace our 17 year old A/C unit. We have used Sun City Plumbing for solar hot water and are very satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: Technician showed up on time and performed check and tune-up of the HVAC roof unit. He gave me concise information regarding the condition of my unit and stated that the start-up vibration that is occuring is not unusual as the unit ages. I am very happy with the service call.

Description of Work: The most recent service was to clear a kitchen drain. They've also put in a whole-property water softener system, and are currently finishing up the finish plumbing on a remodel. They are professional, honest, & efficient...but extensive.

Description of Work: Sun City did the original HVAC and plumbing when our house was built in 2002. We were so impressed with them we have contracted with them on a yearly basis to come out and inspect/clean our 2 HVAC units twice a year. When our heating went out a few years ago they immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem at reduced price due to our contract. They have always been very prompt and professional. But most of all they make us feel like valued customers every time we interact with them. I recommend them to all my friends!

Description of Work: Removed a central Rheem A/C and gas heater package roof unit and replaced it with a central duel fuel Trane heat pump and heater package roof unit. Project went as planned and budgeted. Unit has had no issues and saves money each month due to higher efficiency.

Description of Work: Sun City installed refrigerated air in our house (two units in main house, one in garage). It was a big job and required lots of workers and work. Sun City has been very responsive in helping us learn how to use the system, and in working out glitches (which were expected, given that we were retrofitting air systems into an older home). We are very pleased with the systems and with the work Sun City performed.

Description of Work: We have a reverse osmosis system in our home that we'd recently bought and we had problems with the system. We tried other companies but were unhappy with the results. Manny from Sun City came out and promptly corrected the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We give Sun City the highest recommendation.
