Description of Work: We were looking for another heating/cooling company to perform annual checks on our H/C system. Sun City was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They explained the service they would do, and proceeded professionally and competently. Can't ask for more, and we'll be using their services again.

Description of Work: My gas water heater would only run for about 5 minutes at a time. Called Sun City and they sent someone out the next day. He showed up 45 minutes early and evaluated the problem. He ordered a pilot assembly and answered all my questions. The part was delivered to my house on Saturday. Sun City would have installed the part at no extra charge but they weren't open on Saturday, so I installed it myself. The part worked but didn't change the symptoms of the heater problem. Realizing that there was still something wrong with the heater and more cost to replace a different part, I decided to just replace the whole heater by myself. The only real problem I had with my experience with Sun City was that they didn't identify the correct part needed. I would have given a "D" for quality but I think I influenced the repairman's decision on what part to order. I've used them before and had good results, so I'd use them again.
