It went well.....

The serviceman arrived an hour and a half after the appointed time but he worked consistently and finished the job, checked it out and cleaned up completely. I am happy with the result.

The installation was fine and they are very responsive for scheduling. The $85 service charge seems too high to me for such a small job. (maybe 30 minutes of total labor)

Technicians responded quickly while other companies refused to let technicians on roads. Identified problem immediately and accomplished a short term fix at my request but recommended a long term repair to prevent it from happening again.

Right on time and on estimate. Julio is VERY knowledgeable and NATE certified, and he provided the estimate. I was very impressed with him. The installers were excellent as well. Always on time and always cleaned up after themselves. Everyone who came to the house was so nice. We have since used their plumber, Craig, and he's great too. I am very happy with Sun City and highly recommend them!

The guy that came out did not seem to be interested in doing any work. After a few minutes of explaining what we we needed done he half halfheartedly took a look. He then informed us that he could only fix the toilet and the sinks and not the bathtub. The reason he cited was that the tub was old and the faucet is no longer in production, meaning there will be no parts available. He fixed the sinks and toilet quickly. After My wife and I persuaded the plumber to fix the tub faucet he did but very reluctantly. And after calling Johnstone's Supply we were informed that we could buy the exact same faucet we have for the tub; and that it is still in production. Also the toilet still runs all the time. Basically we paid a very lazy and non-knowledgeable plumber to hardly do any work we where then charged far too much for the lack of service and quality of work we received. We will never use Sun City Plumbing and heating again.

A salesperson visited right away to look at the parameters of the job who seemed very qualified, but I had to request the estimate several times. I wasn't overly upset by this because they seemed busy. I decided not to use their services for the HVAC because I received a better-priced estimate for a little better unit at another provider. I also decided to use a different provider for the tankless water heater install when we go ahead with it because Sun City quoted for a Rinnai unit with less capacity at the same price I received from the other provider for a unit with higher capacity.

They did excellent work and I have no complaints whatsoever. They were quite professional. I would tell family and friends to use them.

He was prompt in coming to the house, assessing what would be needed, and giving us the bid. We found the system online for half the price. His labor charge, for what was described by the system as about 1/2hr. to 1 hour, was equal to the price of the system. After seeing the installation video, we have decided to buy and install ourselves. He did not return calls for our questions about the bid.

We had problems with them but they were all resolved so I would have to give them a good rating. They ended up breaking the water heater. They did replace it. They didn't charge us to put it in. It was reasonable. They did make everything good.

Service was performed as expected. Fast and professional.

They've been good. They're reliable, friendly, and they seem to get the job done.

They were the contractors for HVAC and electrical when we built our home. We have been working with them for twelve years. We don't remember how much the service cost. They are very upfront. They don't beat around the bush. They say like it is right off the back, no hidden agendas after the fact. Everything has been good.

They did a wonderful job. They were very professional. They did a more thorough evaluation than other estimates we had. They did more work that the other estimates. They might have been a little more, but they did a lot more. We can't say enough about them; we were real pleased.

It wnet really well and we were happy to actually have someone stop the leak.

The price was high. I thought they would use other criteria to figure out the tonnage. Their responsiveness on coming out was good, but it took a while to get the estimate.

The service man was friendly and made sure everything was working properly. He was here within 15 minutes of the estimated time and explained everything.

The job went very good. They suggested using a new style of pipe that will make the house easier to sell in the future.
