Radium Springs Construction representative Martin Varela was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not ever having to have a roof replacement, I was at a loss where to start. My brother suggested HomeAdvisor, and Martin Varela contacted me immediately. He came from Las Cruces to Alamogordo, the very next day and provided me with the first of a few quotes I obtained, in order to learn about the process and see the differences between the contractors. His quote was very impressive and identified items that the others did not. He also provided me with options for the shingles and it provided for a 10 year warranty on workmanship which is fully transferable to subsequent homeowners, when the others did not. With the option I chose, the quote was actually higher than the rest, but I was confident Radium Springs Construction would provide the best service, and I believe they have done just that. I highly recommend the company, and have even asked for another quote for painting the exterior of the home from them.

They arrived when they said they would, worked until the work was complete, and left. All that remains now is to see if the repair was successful the next time it rains. They seem very dependable.

Our roof was not typical. The roof was made of SIP panels and was a 'butterfly' shape - upside down, if you will, of the typical roof with a ridge at the top. Furthermore, we wanted a membrane roof not usually done in residential work, only commercial. Martin special ordered the material, then stored it for months while our contractor was late. He kept in touch, always responded to text/ email and honored his original quote despite the delays and storage. The crew was professional and careful and worked diligently. Despite wind and rain they paused the minimum time to be safe and finished the job quickly. We were building a new house and he was the one and only contractor I highly recommend.

they refused to fix the ceiling would only fix roof on outside of house. Seal and power washed roof.

A door replacement and ceiling repair was also performed and they did high quality work.

Doing business with Martin & his crew was an absolute pleasure. They were always right on time, & worked hard every day they were here to replace my roof. Everyone was polite & friendly. Roof work seems ok, painting after the repair was a clear mismatch (far from paint to match existing as much as possible as he claims in the estimate agreed), the gutters were placed incorrectly exposing what was not previously visible and Mr. Varela tried to talk himself out of it. It has been 8 weeks since Mr. Martin Varela got the job and it was supposed to be less than a week to get that work well done. Mr. Martin Varela has been uncooperative, does not show up on time, he stopped responding to email and disappeared, that is why he earns 1.5 stars in customer service, a very different experience than others have written. Based on this, if I were you, I would look elsewhere.

Martin is extremely professional, courteous and hard-working. He took the time to explain all parts of the replacement of the roof to me and was very patient. He took pictures of every phase of the process too. He shows up to appointments early. He and his crew show up on time when it comes time to do the project. They finish on time as well. The price is a bit high, but well worth it.

New roof on garage turned out great. The ridge vent saves me from having to go up on the roof twice a year to service the turbines that vented the garage. The workers were diligent and did a great job cleaning up
