Excellent work. Would do business with again.

Do not pay them until the work is done to your satisfaction. They were running so they spread it out too thin and it looks shoddy. I paid for the job in cash in full and they never returned and will not reply to my e-mails nor will anyone take my phone calls. The stucco job looked great until they started running out of material.

Honest and professional. I would use them again.

Great job by Martin and his crew. Very professional, great workmanship and communication throughout the process. Informed me of areas of concern with my roof and performed additional repairs needed. The replaced facia, soffit, roof shingles and underpayment as well as gutter installation. We are so happy with the new roof and with Radium Springs Construction!

Owner came gave estimate set up time to do the work never showed when I called to find out what happened he said contractor was running late gave new time never showed trying calling no answer. Work still not done

Martin was great and very professional. Explained the job very thorough, and answered all my questions. He was very honest and kind. I had a good experience from the beginning with the estimate/inspection to the end of the project. The entire job was done in a timely manner. Him and his team were always on time, and picked up after themselves. I would really recommend them due to their professionalism, clean job, excellent work, quality customer service, and integrity. I would definitely use their services again!

Martin, from Radium Springs construction was great. They repaired cracks in our stucco that was originally repaired by another contractor,. It looks great, and would highly recommend them for any stucco repair and painting.

We are very happy with the roof

These guys are the best! They came and did the job quickly, cleaned up every night, and arrived promptly each morning. They end result was so amazing that my neighbors have been asking me for the contact information. The job was to repair and paint my stucco house and pergola and install gutters along the problem areas of my roof. All work was performed quickly and to my mine, and more importantly, my wife's satisfaction. This was actually the second job I have hired them for and I am sure it will not be the last. If you are considering them, just hire them. They are the best ever!

Radium Springs Construction has commercial and individual home/property experience. My last roofing experience was only six years ago. Due to Radium Springs Construction's level of professionalism, their high qualiity of workmanship, the attitude and work ethic of the crews, and their high standards overall there is no comparison to my experience six years ago. The difference is so extreme, it could be compared to driving a high performance car versus driving a worn-out jalopy. Based upon my experience and my comparison, I would hire this company immediately. And I would not settle for a company less skilled or less professional. They are the best on all levels.

Very professional, did exactly what they said they were going to do! They showed up when they said they would and performed all work as negotiated. Over 30 days late starting job(should have been my first clue)damaged stucco on the house, had to have them back out to fix a ROOF leak, Martin never returned (even though he gave me his word and I paid him in full)to power spray my patio that one of the workers dripped a roofing solution all over.
