Telephone help was exceptionally pleasant. It would have been nice if they/she had asked, "Oh you're in a new house - have you checked to see if the gas line is open?"

Response to request installation of Amazon top rated garbage disposal. Even though not their usual brand installation, Annette handled all details of transaction with unusual courtesy and efficiency. Was surprised that I was charged only their basic price. Installer arrived on time with no complications. Have had some very bad plumbers in Las Cruces and thankful to now have this resource. Will definitely use them in the future.

Sammy showed up right on time both days he had to come to my house. He was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He did all of the work in a little over an hour and it was exactly what I wanted. I won't use any other plumbing company from here on out. Their A rating on Angies List is well Earned!

It went excellent. I am going to hire them to do additional work for a complete remodeling project. They will be doing all the plumbing work and using their recommendation for a contractor for the remainder of the project.

Their service was prompt, courteous, professional, and at a reasonable cost. We have used them over the years for installations of a water heater, garbage disposal, laundry installation, irrigation system repair and clogged drains. They are the best in their trade.

They were recommended by the company I rent from. They were very professional. They took care of the problem. They knew it was the problem and they serviced it. They were genuinely nice. You always wish you could pay less. Plumbers are always expensive.

Everything was wonderful. I had almost no association with the problem except at the beginning and end. The price of $99 was just about right including an emergency call and double travel time. I think Kevin at Maddox and all of his crew are great.

Kevin was very personable and professional. It was a major overhaul of the toilet base.

Two workmen showed up exactly on time, in monogrammed uniforms. They went right to work, had the needed parts on their truck, finished expeditiously, cleaned up after themselves and were gone in less than hour.

Knowing I would be needing major plumbing work at our home at some future time and not knowing any plumbers in Las Cruces, I arranged to have plumbers from two different companies do some relatively minor plumbing jobs around the house in order to find one that I thought would be suitable major plumbing work when that becomes necessary. This is a review of one of those companies. I have since then used a third plumber, and I will review them separately on Angie's List. My wife called Maddox Plumbing to have them service our water softener which had a leak at the inlet connection. Not one, but two service technicians arrived on time to do the job. This was the sort of job I would have ordinarily done myself, but they worked quickly and finished the job more quickly than I could have done myself. They had to provide a few parts, but they itemized the parts they used, and the price they charged for the parts was as good as or better than I could have gotten at the local big box stores. I do not know if one of the technicians was being mentored as a trainee by the other or if Maddox always sends two technicians to do a job, but I will say that sending two made a difference in my opinion. They seemed to hustle more than if just one were on the job, and I think that having two on a job might avoid some of the kinds of problems that can arise if a job is trusted to just one employee. Took Three Visits to get it right took a full 10 days I couldnt see the justification of the price seeing the gas line was exposed on the outside

They are good plumbers. It has been fine ever since. They were very responsive to my call and they came out quickly. They also cleaned out my sewer and fixed the issue with a misdiagnosis from another company. Their prices are fair.

This time we were disappointed that their estimate was almost double the next closest estimate. Because of this we went with another company.

I called Kevin before moving into my new home from Texas after reading reviews on Angies List. The home was empty for over 1 year and was in need of repairs as well needing a new water heater and kitchen sink with fixture. The guys arrived exactly on time and were very professional and extremely polite. As I was new to Las Cruces and did not know anyone, I was very dependent on the reviews I read about Kevins company on Angies List. They did a fantastic job and are now my main go to for Plumbing issues. Thank you Kevin and thanks Angies list. Maddox Plumbing Rocks!!

They were prompt, punctual and very professional. The plumber they sent was very knowledgeable and solved my problem very quickly. I am very pleased with the service and will use them again!

The person on the phone was pleasant and professional. They were honest with their commitment when they would arrive to do the work. Their employee was clean, friendly, professional, and knew what he needed to do and performed the work while keeping everything neat and clean. When I received the bill I thought it was very reasonable for the work done and how quickly it was done to help me with my time constraints. I highly recommend using this company services and will use them again if I have future problems.

I had obtained a repair kit from Delta for my husband to install. My husband was subsequently taken to the hospital, so I searched for a plumber on Angie's List and I called Maddox Plumbing. The technician came the next morning to take care of the installation. Thank goodness I had called a real plumber because the repair kit was for a newer model faucet than our 16-year old one. The technician swapped the kit I had with the correct one which he had on the truck. It was installed very quickly and the technician cleaned up after the work was done. I now have a Maddox Plumbing magnet on the refrigerator. If I need any plumbing work of any kind done in future, I shall call on them. Glennis L. Adam

I called an someone came out the next day to estimate the work. The job(s) were done in two days and have been faultless. Kevin and his crews are wonderful to do business with. No frivolity but still very good natured and polite. All of the necessary pipe and fittings were on hand before the job was started and the estimate was met even though there was a little bit of additional work.

Easy to work with, explained what they were doing, coordinated well with remodeling contractor.

They were able to find the leak in the exterior pipe quickly, and after repairing it, were careful to test to make sure it was fixed (requiring subsequent visit to check and remove gauge.) All of the employees were prompt, courteous, and professional. We did hire another plumbing contractor to replace the long underground gas line, because their bid was lower, but we would not hesitate to call on Maddox Plumbing again for future jobs. We were very pleased with their service.
