Description of Work: The house water service developed a leak adjacent to the shut-off valve for that service. With the service located about 2 ft. deep, all that was visible was a develping puddle on the ground surface. After refering to Angie's List, identified this contractor and called his office. A representative said that she would contact one of the field teams and they would call back "shortly". Within a half an hour a team called, and within an hour they were on the job! I had explained over the phone that I did not feel that this was a dire emergency. The two men uncovered the leak, repaired it, and backfilled it leaving the area cleaner than it was when they started. Considering the cold, the darkness that developed, and working in mud, I feel they performed an exceptional and professional service in a minimum of time. The only reason I did not grade the parformance with all "A's" is I never give anybody the highest possible grade - I feel no one is perfect (this group came close, though).
