Description of Work: We had some stains that wouldn't go away, even after we rented a rug doctor. Our carpet is only a year old, so we decided to try and have it professionally cleaned. We have used similar services in the past without great luck, so we didn't expect much, but the stains are gone. I would recommend them to others.

Very impressed with the job he did. The equipment he uses that includes the drying fans was also impressive. I would use him again and would recommend him to friends.

 + 0 moreWOW!!! We can't say enough nice things about the individuals representing this company. We feel like we were treated with the utmost professionalism, honesty and respect . Las Cruces Carpet Cleaning left our carpet looking absolutely beautiful. While here they also cleaned two recliners, that while family favorites, were ready for retirement. These too, turned out looking like new! We will definitely use Las Cruces Carpet Cleaning again.

 + -1 moreThe owner and his son were very prompt (even a tad early) and took measurements of all the rooms we wanted cleaned. They gave us quotes for the cleaning, and explained some options that might be helpful due to the specific type of carpet we have, but left the decisions completely up to us, without pressure. Extremely professional and helpful, without any sort of pushy hard-sell. They took care of a couple of small stains in rooms other than the ones they were doing, at no extra charge. They were able to very accurately estimate how long the project would take. The owner was a very polite, helpful, and soft-spoken individual, who seemed to have a very impressive knowledge of carpeting, and his son was equally polite and a very hard worker. They called us a few days after the work was performed to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommended, and we will definitely call them when we want our remaining two rooms cleaned.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets on three large rooms in our house, and also set down a protective coating on the carpet to significantly reduce wear and tear in the future.

None of the others did a good job; after a day or two it would look like it was never cleaned. But with FiberCare, it lasted and lasted and lasted. We will definitely call them next time we need carpet cleaning done.
Description of Work: Cleaned the den and master bedroom carpet in our home, plus maybe an area rug. They cleaned what could be reached without moving large furniture; we moved small pieces ahead of time.
