Las Cruces Carpet Cleaning

I have been using this service for quite a few years and would not go anywhere else. My carpet is beige and 30 years old. The first year I used them was after I had tried to clean it myself with a store machine. There were orange spots everywhere and I was beside myself! They removed the spots and cleaned my carpets beautifully then and every time since then. The carpets aren't going to last much longer, but at least they are clean and look terrific. Try them once; you will be pleased.

I had Las Cruces Carpet Cleaners in 2013 and had a pretty positive experience. This time was not as positive. I just did not feel like my carpets were as clean this time and I did not get the same customer service that I did the first time. I will not be having them back to clean my carpets. I have sent emails to the email address listed and never have received a response even when I emailed to ask if they were receiving my emails. I have asked to be removed from the mailing list and still receive their mailings. My advice: if you want to contact this business then call them instead of using email. One thing I did not like was the fact that only one person came out to my house this time. Not only did the cleaning take twice as long, it took too long for my carpets to dry due to the fact that it took him longer to get the job done. I think it's bad practice to send a male into a home alone with a female no matter how professional the individual is. Just my opinion. I wasn't happy that oil was left all over my tile from the equipment. I didn't realize it until the guy left so I called Emilio. He was very nice and offered to have the guy return to my home, but it was going to be hours until he could return and I was afraid the oil would seep into my grout so I went out and bought a mop to clean it up myself. It was quite a bit of oil. I did tip the guy for his work since it was the holiday season, just wish he had cleaned up after himself a little better. I found it very strange that I wrote a check for services on Dec 5 and it didn't clear until today, January 9. I was going to call them on Monday to ask if they had lost my check.

my experience up to now has been extremely positive. Very well spoken, polite and professional. they took care not to damage door frames, walls, and furniture with their equipment. At the completion of the work the carpets look and smell great. a bit more $ than some of the others but well worth it. they were able to remove shoe polish, and remove pet stains. considering having them back to do the tile floors.

He was on time. Worked efficiently and professionally. He gave me the opportunity to review the work, and it was all done well.
