Description of Work: He answered his business number with "hello" sounding like he was sleeping at 2:00pm. He was 40 minutes late to the appointment. He was not dressed professionally. It was the fuse in the fuse box but he took off the front lower panel anyway. He said the dryer is old so it's going to start to break down soon. He seemed to be looking for something to be wrong with the dryer. After he left I discovered he didn't put the panel back on appropriately and it makes loud noise every time I use it. I don't have the tool to tighten it. He lives just 2 or 3 miles from my home but charged me his full $45 service call. I won't be using his service again.
