Description of Work: They replaced a ruptured pipe in my kitchen. They came, found the leak, and with minimal wall removal fixed it. It took about 45 minutes. I would use them anytime.

Description of Work: We had a problem with a backed up drain. It was causing trouble in one toilet, one bathtub and the kitchen sink. We called on a Saturday based on the Angie's list reviews. They could have come out right away, but we opted to have them come Sunday morning. The were punctual, thorough and professional. They left with the problem solved and before they left they told us the explanation. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: 1 Call was very reassuring. We had a pipe break under our concrete and Dana told us she would send someone out to find the leak. If the concrete needed to be cut up, 1 Call would do it, find the leak, fix the leak and not stop till they did. They did have to cut up the concrete, but they found the leak, put the dirt back into the holes and offered to do the concrete work to return the floor to its original state. They were polite, on time and reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Plumbler Tyson Rouse replaced a toilet set that had to be cut off after my DIY attempt and replaced a shower water valve control on a 30+ year old shower. All the stores ( Home Depot, Sutherlands, and Lowes) said was it such an old design that there were no parts available and a entire new system was needed with the controller, faucet, and shower for about $ 100. I would recommend this company and plumber to everyone. He didn'r charge like a lawyer with a stop watch, he was punctual, and he cleaned up his mess completely. He even put the toilet seat cover back on the seat. The receptionist, Dana, was also very nice
