Lionel is a superb builder as well as an honest businessman. We hired Lionel for a significant construction job on our existing home. Lionel laid out the job in detail, provided a thorough estimate, and came in on budget. Based on that excellent experience, we had him build us a cabin in the mountains. Lionel was an exemplary contractor, laying out the project, establishing both fix prices and allowances based on the component of the job, and stuck to these prices without the shifty add-ons that you get from many contractors. His workmanship is superb, and he has a network of subcontractors who also performed at a high level. He ensured that his workers and subs kept the job site clean and completed the work to his exacting standards, even if that required additional work. Finally, he worked with my wife and me to make sure the finished product would exceed our expectations. In the case of our cabin, there was no mystery about the budget, and no surprises - the cabin came in on budget as well. "My wife had cancer and we hired this company to build a healing spa house for her cancer treatments. The father and daughter, Phillip and Jade Montoya, came and promised to finish in two months and said they understood that time was of the essence. They galdly took my wife's life savings, did about 1/3 of the project, then vanished, refusing to meet with either of us. A year later, my wife died broke and very humilated by Titanium construction. They have left me with a property I can't sell or rent and they refuse to even meet with me. I sent a demand letter two weeks ago and they made an appointment with me to create a schedule to remedy the situation, but they did not show up to this meeting and do not answer my calls. Note that the previous reviews were all written on the same day and the photos appear tpo be stock."

We agreed to work in $50k increments and that every phase of the work must be completed before asking for more money. Paul had trouble hiring and keeping subs and would complain to us what losers they were, as if was not responsible for hiring them. The quality of the work was atrocious, but before it was near finished, he demanded more money. We said no, you have to finish, and he took off. I have all the pictures and if Zo can post them, I will."
