We hired Paul Williams Desert Sun, to restore our roof and demo fire damage to our burned house. We agreed to work in $50k increments and that every phase of the work must be completed before asking for more money. Paul had trouble hiring and keeping subs and would complain to us what losers they were, as if was not responsible for hiring them. The quality of the work was atrocious, but before it was near finished, he demanded more money. We said no, you have to finish, and he took off. I have all the pictures and if Zo can post them, I will.

Paul advised us of the possible internal wood damage we might see at first hand, took his time to explain the project, what it will entail, also looked for most cost effective ways to save money and how best to ensure the project is everlasting. We are offering additional work projects as a result. We like his straight forward approach to questions, suggestions and there is no second guessing Paul what he says is what it is, spot on.
