I needed a hole in my carpet patched and they reached out the same day to schedule a time to come look at the problem. They were able to fix it immediately and even repaired two other spots that needed repairs, even though the visit was only for the one hole. He was quick and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again should I need more carpet repairs.

Gus said he'd be there at 11 a.m and he was there at 11 a.m.. Wow! That hardly ever happens now days. Then he proceeded to do the work and he did it very well while explaining what he was doing and why. I learned many things from this very experienced and pleasant man on this day. The price was more than reasonable and come to find out that he does not usually work on the weekends but yet came over on a Saturday after I explained my problem to him. Super nice man and very professional. I found my flooring guy. We will always call on Gus from now on. Thank you Gus!
