Gustavo first quoted me 300.00. I called around asking for quotes. 1 person said 150.00 set time to meet guess who showed up Gustavo. Same person 2 different phone numbers 2 different quotes. When I asked him he shook his shoulders like yes I will do the work for 150.00. Okay come on in. He spoke like a pro with steps on repairing the carpet. He mentioned getting carpet from closet to use on area I needed repair on and adding similar piece in closet. My carpet is multi color. He added a solid color in my closet. I had showed him a sample piece I could get from Lowe. He assured me he had something similar not the case. After he completed the work. The piece he repaired he said I could not use my vacuum. It is a high traffic area. The same day the edges were coming off. Now instead of having to repair the piece in the closet I need to repair the original piece I he repaired. I am soooo disappointed with his so called 20/30 something year experience of a job. Even more so when I mentioned the closet piece not being similar he mentioned it would cost me another 80 to change it. What?!?!!!? I am soooo upset I could not talk to him again since he is an older gentleman and I felt sorry for him. I am soooo unhappy with the repair. Now I need to find another carpet repair person to help make my carpet look like 1 piece instead of being able to see the repair like a sore thumb it looks like a bandage on a cut UGH!!!!!!!

Gus is one of the nicest persons you'll ever meet! He is extremely courteous and does a fantastic job on his workmanship! Excellent communication and came sooner than scheduled to do our repairs. Offered his price on the spot and began work immediately and completed in timely fashion. Honestly didn't think he'd be able to finish the job on time, but he stayed until it was done. Totally satisfied with his work. He is honest and fair, in fact I believe he'll give you the best price in town! I highly recommend Gus and would be happy to use him again if ever necessary!

Very punctual and on time. Very nice and does quick work. It was a little higher price than I expected, but it was last minute and was done well.

Gus provided me with an in-person quote that was very reasonable and offered to do the repairs immediately. I am a realtor and my client's cats shredded the carpet at the threshold where it meets the tile. Gus' repair was impeccable and the damage is no longer an issue for potential buyers! I highly recommend Gus and would definitely hire him again.

Outstanding work

I have a couple dogs that like to chew on the carpet on my stairs. I have had it repaired twice previously. This time I decided to go with Gus Flooring and Carpet and I am extremely happy that I did. Not only was the work more professionally completed, he repaired a few items from the other companies, his price was a 1/3 less expensive. Gusâ Flooring and Carpet will be the ONLY ones I call for my Flooring and Carpet needs. I cannot express my gratitude strong enough for this Company.

Gus came out to do a small job for me to repair my carpet in a couple places. He was here on time and did a great job. Many contractors are hard to get for the small jobs. I highly recommend him and would hire him again.
