"Work was to be completed before I moved in. Worked alone without supervision because I was living in the Kansas City area at that time, waiting for my remodel to be completed. House was burglarized, apparently by someone who had a key from previous inhabitant. Gerald asked neighbors to watch the house and responded when called. Upon completion, I mailed a check and asked for an itemized bill. Apparently this was too much trouble because Gerald never furnished one. I directed that ALL florescent fixtures have 4 tubes, but several had only 2 tubes not emitting the light that I wanted. The garage is too dark with the 2 tube fixtures compounded by the fact that I ordered 4 fixtures and only 3 were installed! Gerald told me that I didn't need 3 backyard lights and only installed 2. It is too dark for me in one area! Being disabled, it took me almost 5 years after I moved in to figure out why the garage and office were so dark. I called Gerald about the florescent fixtures and he said that he moved to Lubbock and could do nothing now. I had provided written instructions and included a diagram of where the fixtures were to go."
