They did much better than expected. There was paint on the floor in one of the rooms that my kiddo had put down, and I didn't expect it to come up. I was pleasantly surprised when I took a look at the room, it looked like nothing had ever happened. Actually, they tried to offer additional services but they weren't pushy about it. Overall, I had a great experience with them.

They missed spots in the bedroom and a flaky substance appeared on the tile as it dried. I pointed out the problem with the tile and they said they had never seen the problem before and it must be something I used on the floor (I had not used anything but water before). They seemed more interested in trying to get me to pay to clean more rooms than in fixing the problem, and kept blaming it on my floors. They hand-cleaned one problem area, but when they left and the floor dried, I found many more problem spots. Since I was having guests that night I had to re-clean the floor myself. I called to complain and the manager asked what I wanted them to do. I said I wanted a discount and that they needed to come back. He said it would be free. I assumed he meant the service, but he must have meant the followup because they never offered a discount or refund when they arrived. Floors are still streaky.

The workers did the job in seemingly normal time. We had had the carpets cleaned by a different company in the past. We are not certain that this company did as good a job as the old company. Perhaps because the carpets are more worn, they do not seem to be quite as clean as we thought they would.

I made an appointment and received a firm price. The cleaning men were to arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 am, and they arrived exactly at 9:00. They were very courteous, and the carpets appear nice and clean.

The appointment was for Friday afternoon, between noon and 3:00 p.m. We have brick floors and the area rugs had also been cleaned, but not put back on the floor under the furniture, so I wasn't worried about the floors. I called at noon to get an idea of what to expect and was told they probably wouldn't get to the house much before 3. My husband was quite skeptical of the kind of work we'd see late on a hot Friday afternoon in July. When the truck arrived, the two techs came right in, looked at the work to be done and immediately started setting up their equipment. They were very nice and professional. After working on the sofa for about 30 minutes, the tech showed me what he had done and expressed some concern about not being able to get some of the older stains out. We agreed that it looked as good as it could. They were finished in less than an hour, had everything put back in their truck. When the yellow sofa was dry, it looked great, as did the recliner.

They showed up on time and were pleasant people. They moved the furniture for me and replaced it when they were finished. The carpeting dried quite quickly and the price was reasonable. The overall results were very good and I recommend them.

Excellent, they seem to be a very, VERY, service oriented business. Once you look in the yellow pages for carpet cleaners you'll know why - it seems like theres about 8 million companies in the greater Albuquerque area doing carpet cleaning. They arrived earlier than expected and performed the work speedily and efficiently. Very friendly and thorough. Very Pleased!

I THINK STANLEY STEEMER IS A GREAT COMPANY THAT PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND THE PRICE IS ALWAYS WITHIN REASON. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY.

I TRY TO USE THEM WHILE THEY ARE RUNNING A SPECIAL. I LIKE THAT THE FURNITURE IS NOT SOGGY AFTERWARDS. THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB AND MANAGE TO REMOVE THE REALLY TOUGH STAINS.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ALL OF THE STAINS OUT AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND REFER THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME WHEN THEY COME. I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE LATEST UP TO DATE EQUIPMENT. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO.

THEY MADE SURE TO PUT ALL OF MY FURNITURE BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL SPOTS. I LIKED HOW THEY SHOWED UP ON THE TIME THAT WE HAD SET. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. I THOUGHT THAT THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE MY CARPETS LOOKED REALLY GOOD. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THE COMPANY PROVIDED.

I ENJOYED THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY A LOT. OVERALL, IT WAS EFFICIENT, AND THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS. THEY CAME IN AND DID THEIR JOB, AND NOW MY CARPETS LOOK GOOD. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

WHEN I HIRE THIS COMPANY TO COME AND WORK IN MY HOME, I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE GETTING PAID FOR. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, THEY DO HIGH-QUALITY WORK AND THEY ARE FRIENDLY. THEY CAN CALL ME A PERMANENT CUSTOMER.

THEY HAD A SALE AND I HAD SEEN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT ON TELEVISION. SO I CALLED. MY WHOLE HOUSE WAS CLEANED FOR AN AWESOME PRICE. MY MOTHER IS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME TO LOOK BECAUSE THERE WAS AN ADVERTISEMENT ON TV, SURE ENOUGH THERE IT WAS.

I LIKED THAT THEY SHOWED UP ON THE TIME WE HAD SET. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS IMPRESSED ON HOW THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL PLACE.

THEY WERE GOOD AT DOING ALL THE FLOORS IN MY HOME WITH NO MOANS ABOUT HOW LONG IT WAS TAKING TO DO IT. THEY WERE HERE FOR A FEW HOURS AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED BY THE EMPLOYEES. THEY LET YOU GET ALL THE IDEAS OUT BEFORE THEY INFORM YOU ON WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE. WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOME THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY TO MY FAMILY AND ME.

IT MADE ME HAPPY THAT THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND CLEANED OUR CARPET IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. I THINK THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! THEY WERE NICE AND HONEST ABOUT THE PRICE. THEY HAD IT DONE WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD THEY SAID, AND IT COST LESS THAN I EXPECTED!

I WANTED MY CARPET TO LOOK NEW AND SMELL FRESH. I SAW AN ADVERTISEMENT AND A COUPON IN THE PAPER FOR THIS COMPANY SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WAS AWESOME AND DID AN EFFICIENT JOB. THEIR TECHNIQUE IS WONDERFUL AND MAKES SURE NOTHING IS MISSED. THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB AND MANAGED TO IMPRESS ME.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE TO THE CONSUMERS NEEDS. THEY ALSO DID QUALITY WORK IN TIMELY FASHION, THEY KEPT TO THE DEADLINE THEY SET AND DID AN EXTENSIVE JOB HANDLING ALL OF THE SPOTS AND AREAS THAT NEEDED CLEANED THE MOST.

THIS COMPANY HAS KEPT MY BUSINESS BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY. I'M NOT WILLING TO HAVE PEOPLE IN MY HOME THAT SEEM UNTRUSTWORTHY OR ARE RUDE.
