Description of Work: They were very responsive on the phone and provided an estimate in a timely manner. However, the location of the well prevented the company from getting the contract because they were not able to do the work.

Description of Work: We consulted with them about a house we had under contract to purchase and needed their advice regarding the community well, the condition of the house plumbing, and GPM (water pressure) into the house from the community system. They not only took care of our requests but because we are from out-of-state, also referred us to a reputable licensed plumbing contractor in the area who was definitely a PRO, and did not charge us any money for their services. Their advice help to save us countless problems and gave us peace of mind.

Description of Work: Sunday 3/17 I woke up to no water. I called Murray Drilling first thing Monday 3/18 and explained the situation. They went out of their way to come out within 2 hours even though they were fully booked. The pump needed several parts replaced and they quickly made repairs, tested, and graciously and politely went on with their day. I would use this Company again with no hesitation. They're my heros!

Description of Work: My mother in law had been having trouble with her well for months and have had 2 other well companies check out the system but what they were telling us just didn't sound right. A friend told us to try Murray and we are very glad we did. After spending a good 45 minutes checking everything, they determined that it was an electrical problem in our breaker panel. The service crew referred us to an electrician that was able to confirm this was the problem (a breaker that had the oven and the well pump tied to it). The new oven is a convection oven and was drawing more power than the old oven and was causing the breaker to trip when they both ran at the same time but no one else even asked if we had new appliances. Both told us we probably just needed a new well pump without really checking anything else out.
