They wouldn't work on my well because it is above ground.

He was very informative, apologized for not getting back to me right away and gave me advice about my well and didn't charge me.

Everything is working good now. Some residue we were collecting in faucet screens is now gone. With the burst pipe we had no water flow at all, so of course that's resolved.

They were very communicative. The crew was working on another well that ran long. They communicated every day with us. Price was good and thier professionalism was great. They stepped us through the landscaping impact during drilling. No hidden costs or issues, other than time to hit good quality water.

They were out here several times over the spring and fall. Over two thousand. They had to pre-place the tank, pay for the crane, and pumped pull, and valve replaced. We been using them. They put the well in, and we been using them since. We have recommended them, and said that they do good work.

It wasn't for me but for my parents at their house. They had to replace parts and things, it was kind of a redo. It was installed in 1993.

They did really good. I called around before I decided to have them come out and I think they were a little bit cheaper than the other ones I called. They didn't ask for the money up front; they billed me later, after I got the results back, which was more convenient. They were here right away when they said they would be here and they did everything they were supposed to do. They're pretty efficient and they get back to you right away; they don't leave you hanging. They emailed me the test results on my phone and they did send out a paper result after that, too. I would use them again if I needed to.

Murray's technicians are experienced and knowledgable; the company has deep skill and the resources to competently perform all aspects of a complex project. Moreover, Murray has been remarkably responsive in each of those instances when small problems arose or follow up was required.

Mechanic was on time, diagnosed the problems immediately and repaired the damage in quick fashion. He stuck around to be absolutely certain the pump was working properly.

Murray Drilling Company are good. The staff is excellent. They put in the well for us and do the maintenance and service on it.

We paid them just about $100. We ended up not needing them to work so it ended up as a service call. They were very responsive and showed up when they said that they were going to and gave us good advice.

The team from Murray Drilling arrived on time. Once there, my wife told them the problem we were having - within 10 minutes that know what the problem was and within 30 minutes the part was replaced and we had the continuous flow of water that we were missing.

During a cold wave my water went off. My pipes have gotten frozen before, so I wasn't that worried. I did what I have done in the past to speed up thawing. However, after the weather warmed above freezing, my water was still off. I opened my well house and found a broken pipe. I didn't find the problem until nearly dark and it was starting to freeze again. I still had not been able to determine if I had a well problem, a frozen pipe problem or both. I was not able to take a second day off work and I didn't call Murray until nearly 5:00 PM. Murray agreed to come the next morning. They showed me that 3 broken pipes, a frozen pressure gauge, and the cause. The pressure tank electrical switch was fried from a power surge. I went to work and came home to find everything repaired. They showed me where to insulate to prevent a recurrence.

Things went extremely well. As the pump is now used only for irrigating our garden and it was in the midst of winter, I told them to service those people with problems in their drinking water wells first. While they did so, they were in excellent communication with us throughout and then showed up when they said they would. They had to order the pump, but came back the following week and pulled the pump and replaced everything. The service crew and the office staff were friendly and a pleasure to work with.

We have a shared well with two other houses in Rio Rancho. One Sunday morning, we all woke up with no water, and no amount of troubleshooting on our part would reveal the exact issue. After calling several well drilling and service companies in the local area, we were running out of hope that we would find someone competent, professional and responsive to assist us. Our neighbor contacted Murray Drilling first thing Monday morning, and they were out within a couple of hours to figure out the problem. From the moment that they arrived, the technicians from Murray Drilling Company were professional, down to earth, empathetic and efficient. They diagnosed the problem, informed us of the solution and quickly began working to rectify the problem. As it turned out, the existing pump had gotten so hot that it melted off of the piping, so we needed to have the pump replaced on the spot in order to reestablish water service. As the gentlemen worked on our well, Murray Drilling sent an employee over with the replacement part (pump) so as not to interrupt the progress. Needless to say, when they neared completion of their work and we saw water, my husband, the neighbor, and I all let out a loud cheer; we'd never been so glad to see something as seemingly simple as running water. We also had a great experience with Robin, the office manager who handled billing and questions after the work was done. She was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and even looked at the well inspection report that was done when we purchased our house a few months ago. That 'inspection' was completed by another company and we sure wish we'd had Murray handling it at that time, as it would have alerted us to the work that needed to be done before we bought the house. Murray Drilling was the best company hands down for the service that we needed. After speaking with so many other companies in the Albuquerque area, the difference in service and support was like night and day. Don't waste your time talking to other companies - save time and stress by calling Murray from the get go!
