Manuel, the owner of the company, is so responsive. He and his crew intially came out and repaired the roof after recent storms. He handed his card to both my tenants and to me and asked us to let him know whether the issue was fixed. Because of all the snow and ice, he promised to come out immediately if some of the leaks weren't fixed and he did come out again! There was one spot that needed another patch and his crew came out the same day. He runs a great business and stands behind his work. I recommend his company and will use him again.

I called about a roof leak, got an estimate to remove tile, replace underlayment, and replace tile. However, I went out to observe. They had a bucket of tar, and were planning on patching the holes -not replacing the underlayment. After a little arguing, I called Manuel. He called his workers and they decided to remove more tile and replace the underlayment as agreed upon. My problem with the whole thing was the fact that if I hadn't been there, I would not have gotten what I agreed to have done.

He called back within 1 hr. and did the repair on the 2nd day which was on the 4th of July.

They were professional and did the job in a timely manner. Manuel always kept us informed as they had to order sheet metal. Would highly recommend. We are also hiring them to do stucco work.
