I gave up hope trying to find a reliable HVAV business in Albuquerque after horrible service from AMG Mechanical and 7D Mechanical. However, Yaris Construction was excellent and very professional. I now have only one HVAC professional to go to... Yaris!

The work was done in a timely manner and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I never received a written bid or a receipt for my payment.

We hired Yaris to do a full kitchen remodel of our galley kitchen. They were very professional in terms of communication, pricing, scheduling, completing the work, and cleaning up the site. We are very happy with the final results and we would hire them again without hesitation. They also came back and installed and painted a couple of outside doors on our home and did a magnificent job. In a town where contractors are often flaky and unreliable Yaris stands out as an excellent choice in terms of value, quality and professionalism.

I wanted the flashing repaired. He quoted more than was requested but I was ok with that. The last thing they did was worked on was the flashing. ONLY because I told them. They said it was not on the quote. That is the reason I got the quote in the first place. They did a so have a job to repair it but not to my satisfaction. I called the owner he sent the crew back and they fixed it. Frustrating.

We have used Yaris to do a few jobs for us. Besides repairing the roof leak in a timely manor, they also fixed some vigas, repaired and painted stucco, repaired a fence the neighbors dogs had broken through and repaint our backyard deck. All of this they did promptly and for very reasonable prices. Manuel and the other workers are respectful and seem knowledgeable.

This was a tile roofing repair, generally I was pleased with the work except with one item. There were some roof tiles with the corners of the tiles broken or a cracked. I feel those tiles should have been replaced. There was a cost each given to replace damaged tile and I would have been happy to have those particular tiles replaced. Manual was very professional and courteous. His office was also helpful and courteous. I would recommend them.

These guys are great. Manuel replied promptly and came in on budget. He explained materials and time estimated for completion on my patio roof. No surprises or additional fees. They arrived on time and actually finished a bit early. They followed up with customer care and always were polite and professional. Definitely recommend and will use them again if needed.

We are doing business with Yaris Construction for a second time; they did work for us a few years ago. We were satisfied with their work and appreciated their offer to return if there were further problems with their work--at no further charge.

A roof leak is never a good experience. FInding the leak on Friday at 4:30 p.m. when everyone is closed makes it worse. Manuel went out of his way to give us an estimate on Saturday then repairs started on Monday. Price was SUPER reasonable. His guys fixed the drywall too. You can't even tell it happened. Thank you so much.

Manuel from Yaris Construction contacted me the next day. He also quoted a price right away after looking at the ceiling repair I need. I like that he is willing to do the repair on my schedule. Overall, the workmanship of replacing the ceiling tiles and drywall is excellent. They even clean up afterward. I plan to hire them back to do a drywall job for my work room.

I would highly recommend this company. I had a leak, and they cam out fast repaired the leak and made sure that my roof was in great shape before they left. It was a pleasure to work with employees who did a fantastic job. Thank you Manuel and Erica and your staff. I would call you 1st for any construction needs.

I rated the roof repair at 5 stars due to the fantastic reply time and repair time. They came out and did the job within 24 hours of my initial contact. Have not had another rain storm since so I do not know if this repair fixed the roof leak. Will reply after the next storm to update you. Thanks again.

Manual did not make it clear to me prior to the job that he inflated the materials more than double his cost.
