They came out shortly after we called, took a look at the job, gave us a price and there was someone here the next day to repair our leaking roof. It has been several months and no leaking. This was the best service we have received from any contractor in many years. We would not hesitate to hire Yaris Construction again!

I had a small leak on my tile roof over the garage. They could not determine where the leak was so I was charged $175 for a water test. They worked on the roof and the first time it rained it leaked on the same spot. This time I had a lot bigger leak then before. I was told I had a new leak and was quoted a hefty price again. This is is a scam. The leak was never repaired. Whatever they did on the roof made it worse. I learned a valuable lesson never deal with them again.

Nice guy but not good on communication. He was suppose to come at 11 am for an estimate did not come until 3pm. He rescheduled twice and even then I had to call him to see if he was coming. The 2 guys that did work did good. Will not know for sure until the next rainfall. Also felt the pricing was high for the work that was done.

Professional and did the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves and waited for me to give approval upon completion.

Probably one of the most knowledgeable roof repair companies in the business. However, we asked him to do the ceiling repair, which consisted mainly of drywall, and he hasn't called us back yet.

They were a bit more expensive than the other quote I got but they were faster to reply so they got my business. They don't give professional estimate write-ups nor warranty paperwork or invoices which I didn't really like.

Highly recommended. We had a leak in the roof due to a poorly done uninstall of a swamp cooler before we even bought the house. The 2 guys worked for several hours, right through a snow flurry in bitter cold. Got the job done and it looks like there wasn't ever a problem.

Manuel, Pablo and Manuel's son Ricardo are gentlemen. Very professional, and thorough. I thought the price was extremely fair and they completed the job timely. I would definitely hire them again. This is a company concerned with the customer.
