Came the same day ,after t call and the work till 9pm and finished the work. The next morning we have snow and the roof was not leaking anymore! Tank you Yaris Construction!

Showed up on time, beautiful work, reasonable price on venetian plastering of my smoke damaged fireplace.

They were prompt,professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job repairing a flat roof leak, and actually made a few other improvements at no extra charge. I will use them again and also recommend them as well. Very happy!

They were very neat and I was shown what work was done on the roof and was given a tip on my swamp cooler.. The inside work took a little longer but the finished product was very, very good.. They were very professional and kept any mess down to a bare minimum. I could not praise them more. I am waiting for the next rain to see if I have a leak. but I don't think it will.

Manuel called me and gave me an estimate within a few hours of my request. Less than 24 hours later the job was done. He even repaired a couple of things that he noticed at no charge! Great service, clean job, very polite!

Manuel called within minutes after checking in with ServiceMagic. He was extremely pleasant and professional, arrived the next day to assess the job and gave us a very reasonable rate. Manuel fixed the problem areas with the roof temporarily until his crew showed up the very next day, did the work and even went above and beyond what we had contracted Yaris to do. They cleaned up after themselves leaving the premises in perfect condition. We were absolutely thrilled with the job they did and would highly recommend them to everyone we know. I know we will contact them again when the time comes for any further construction jobs we have.

The work was fairly good, the man was reasonable. His cost estimate was not at all what he charged me, his cost estimate was more than double what he estimated for me.

The Yaris Construction crew rebuilt and added on to a cinder block wall. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it efficiently, on time and with excellent workmanship. I recommend them most highly.

The owner was quick to respond, cost was very reasonable. The worker were craftsmen, respectful of my home, hard working, quick and the work was of very high quality. I would definately use them again.

Quick response for estimate and repair. Only roofer of 5 who figured out how to fix a tricky problem. Much less expensive than other roofers but did exceptional work. Was on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up completely. Does not put estimates on letterhead and you need to ask for a receipt. I would definitely recommend.

The workers were competent and put in long hours in order to complete my project before a new storm moved in. Clean up was good and Manuel was efficent in designing drainage . .

I have to say that i was very impressed with Yaris Construction. They showed up at the time they had stated to me. They prepared for the work before they started. They moved furniture and covered everything in preparation. All work was completed effceintly and timely. At the end of the day my house looked better than when they showed up. The owner was very imformative and helpful in completing my projects. I have handed out cards and highly recommend Yaris for your next project, i know i will use them again.

Manuel was always at our home when he said he would be. He and his crew were very professional and pleasant. We had our first snow since the repairs were made and everything in the house remained dry. No more ceiling leaks and drips. Thanks, Manuel, for a job well done!
