My roof developed a severe leak during a July rainstorm and I was desperate to get it fixed. I contacted a number of contractors, but Manuel was the only one who returned my call and he did within an hour. A short while later in the same day he came by and gave me an estimate and began work the following week. Hiis work was of great quality and his crew appeared timely each day until the job was commplete. He did not request payment until the job was totally completed, which involved a special order for a skylight that took about two+ weeks to arrive. I would highly recommend him.

Fast response. Worked around my schedule. Warned me ahead of time of difficulty matching popcorn ceiling texture, but did a very reasonable job.

We did not have a metal roof repair, but they did refroof our Asphalt Shingle half pitch roof and did some maintenance on our main pitch roof. The men who did the work were very professional and stayed until they were sure it was all sealed, before the rain hit. We had no leaks that night and they were here early the next day to finish the job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their roofs.

The whole job took three days from when I went online until it was finished. Very friendly and we hardly noticed they where on the roof. They finished today, so I will have to wait for a rain (PLEASE!!!!!) to see if the leak is fixed.

Manuel was very professional . . . on time and worked quickly; but with attention to detail. He repaired taped, textured an appx. 12 in X 12 in hole in an entry way. (drywall) Well done! His prices are competitive. I'll use him again and reccomend him to others.

Fast efficient service

Manuel was able to stop by within minutes of my contacting him about my skylights. Work began the next day. Parts had to be ordered, so the skylight cleaning became skylight replacement and took another week, but the work was done in a very professional manner. The cost was perhaps a little more than I had originally hoped it would be, but there was also more work performed than we had originally anticipated. We had a cloudburst yesterday and to the best of my knowledge, we have no leaks - which is very encouraging! I would them recommend highly.

Had a leak in my flat roof home. I didn't want to have to replace the entire roof so asked Manuel if he could repair it. He did so quickly and the leak has not returned. It's been over a year already with some very heavy rains. Very happy with the service, quality, value and ease of dealing with this company.

These are the hardest working group of workers we have ever had. They fixed a roofing problem that several others failed to resolve. I recommend them highly for prompt, reliable service. Both the proposal and the work were performed exactly on schedule.
