They were great. We got three quotes and we decided to go with them. They came and gave demonstration of the windows. We have been very happy with the windows. I would use them in the future.

Originally I got quotes from three window replacement companies, including Glass Rite and Accent Window Southwest. All salesmen came to the house to write the quote. Window World was the lowest bid. I subsequently went to all three showrooms to compare product and meet the companies involved. I was a little nervous accepting the lowest bid. I also asked for addresses where work had been completed, drove by a few of them. I then became satisfied that Window World could adequately meet my needs, and contracted for the work. The installation crew of two people showed up on time as expected. Due to the difficulty of the door, the job took two days to complete. The crew was courteous and efficient. After the installation I noticed one minor problem with one of the window screens. I called Window World, and they handled the problem professionally. I own several properties, and after the experience on this job, I subsequently bought a house-full of windows with two sliding patio doors for my primary residence. That job amounted to about $10,500. I was equally satisfied. I intend to use Window World again on other of my properties as the need arises.

Overall the service was good, one place the damages the stucco getting the window out.

Window World was very careful to ensure the right window sizes were ordered from the factory so it took a few days to coordinate the final order. Even with all that the factory made a small mistake in the grid patterns. We had the option to re-order or to accept them as is with a substantial rebate (which we took). The windows came in earlier than promised. The installation of 30 windows started on schedule and took a full five days to do - just as estimated. The Window World installers were professional and cleaned up everything as promised. As disruptive as it is to have windows replaced, these guys were very friendly and respectful of our home. The installers did a "construction clean-up" but we were left to do the window "cleaning" ourselves (which was kind of a surprise). The franchise owner visited the home after the installation and inspected everything. Some minor fixes were perfomed the next day. The windows look great, work smoothly and they have already demonstrated substantial energy efficiency improvements over the previous windows (aluminum frame). This was a big, ugly, complicated job but it was performed near perfectly by the Window World team. My only issues were with replacement windows in general not Window World's. Vinyl frames are much thicker than aluminum so you do lose some glass area. The exterior window frames are sealed to the stucco with caulking which is quite obvious when you get up close The result of these two issues is that you can see in an instant that these are replacement windows not original to the home.

I called them three times and finally got an answer the last time I called. Their responsiveness was poor. The person that came out and gave me the estimate was a little pushy. I will not contact them for another estimate.

They did a decent estimate, but something felt off about them. They were quick and responsive though. I might use them in the future.

My experience with them was awesome. They are really great. They came in and did the work. The windows look really awesome. The windows were expensive, but they are totally worth it. They came and did the work within three hours. They were really fast. They ordered one of the windows wrong, but they are coming back to fix that.

It was absolutely excellent. They were very easy to work with and were very punctual. Out of the companies we spoke with they were the only ones that didn't bad mouth other companies in the business. They listened to us and they were a very honest group.

We had another estimate and it was about double what WW provided. A neighbor had their windows replaced recently and they recommended Window World, who had done their windows. The neighbor had thoroughly researched types of windows and companies, still had the 6 different bids they got, and came to the conclusion WW would provide the best job for the price. They were extremely pleased with their windows and with the installation. We were extremely pleased that we could choose beige vinyl inside and out (many companies provide only white). The final price was true to the original estimate. The crew was prompt, clean, polite, efficient, fast (didn't even break for lunch!), and helpful. The job they did was neat and attractive, and the windows are great. We haven't had them long enough to know energy bill savings, but we immediately noticed that outside traffic noise was reduced greatly. The estimate visit was done by the owner and he did research on a special request we had.

The initial visit was very informative and we decided to use them after having 4 other companies come for estimates. The windows took about 5 weeks to come in. They called and made an appointment to install. They thought it would be done in one day but it took 3 visits to finish. The original installer could not make it because of an emergency room visit. They sent out another group and they did not make it until 2 in the afternoon and were only able to install 2 windows that day. The next day another group showed up and finished the other windows but not the sliding glass door. They came back again and finished the sliding glass door. The original screen door did not work and had to be reordered and replaced about 2 weeks later. The windows have been great. There is a glass breakage warranty and we have already used it because of a errant bottle rocket. The window was replaced within two weeks with no paper work involved.
