Job went great. Crew, with Jason at the lead, were outstanding. They are true professionals, did an excellent job. Did not damage any stucco; cleaned up great after the job. Special mention to Izzy & Jason.

Perfect! Installers were congenial, efficient and helpful. Install was fast; they cleaned up thoroughly and told me everything I needed to know about how the windows worked. If I ever need windows again, Window World will be at the top of my list!

The windows look great and the prices were reasonable

Happy with them. My wife and I have been with customer service and all, and we kind of know what we are getting into. Pricing. We were doing this on budget, and I am retired, and don't have an retirement fund. We have some bad windows, and we wanted things done, and everything was done in an good fashion. If I had to do it again, I would not sweat either window company.

There was a minor snafu with the installation scheduling, the salesman promised me a certain date and then didn't reserve it for me. But the installer was able to come on a Saturday, so it worked out OK. I was also told that the windows I ordered had built in locks, so they couldn't be opened too far, if you wanted to set them that way. Turned out that feature is on a different type of window. Guess salesmen just tell you what you want to hear... The installer was punctual, friendly & efficient. Did a good job with the clean-up too. I am happy with his work, the windows look good and operate nicely.

From the initial meeting with Norman to the installation by Anthony, it all went flawless.

I don't leave 5-star reviews very often. But, this company earned it! From start to finish, Window World of ABQ did a top-notch, professional job. My sales person (Norm) was thorough and respectful. When I had questions after his initial visit, he responded in a timely manner. The installers arrived on time, paid extremely close attention to detail, and cleaned up well. The windows look great! I've had several neighbors comment on how nice they look. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for windows.

They were just a good company. They did what I hired them to do. They came out when they were supposed to. They did a good job. The man that came out; him and his partner were very knowledgeable, easy going and easy to visit with. They did an excellent job.

They're excellent. Those people were awesome. It was new energy vinyl windows to replace aluminium. They removed the old windows, removed the security bars with torches and crowbars. You have to move all your furniture and stuff inside your house away from there and take your curtains down and everything. And when they take the windows all out at a time and you can just shoot through your house. But they did it all in one day and then they were done. My experience was wonderful, excellent. The estimator was professional, he really knew what he was doing. They were the lowest estimate I got and they came highly recommended by my coworkers. I like the quality of their product and their service. I highly recommend them. I once recommended them to someone and months after that, I got a check in the mail with a letter saying thanks for the recommendation. It was a $70 check.

The sales/owner came out measured all windows and doors for our house, Paul did not try to over sell the job. I thought I needed double hung windows in the front of the house, he asked me if I ever open the top portions of the old aluminum windows which we never did and he suggested we buy just single hung. Which is great for us, and was the correct window we needed. He also went over the coatings on the glass for uv ray protection and suggested we only apply it to the three windows that were on the south & west ,sides of the house, noting that the others were always in shade and it was unnecessary, on those windows which he was right on the button. Paul was very easy to talk to answered all our question, and was very helpful in picking out the front door design. He went over all the options on the door swing peep hole height and glass window. We also purchased the storm door with retractable screen which we love. He gave us a straight toward quote which I thought was very reasonable for the windows and doors. They told us it would take about three weeks to get the windows ordered and shipped in, they were right on time. The office called and set up a day for install and advised us it would take three days to install. Again right on time. The install team arrived on time the morning it was to be installed and was very courteous. The asked if the could use a restroom and that they would not use our towels, which I thought was very nice of them. The started right to work laying down tarps both inside and out, making sure all nearby furniture and floors were covered. They only removed the windows the could replace that day so no opening was left open over night. The removed the old windows fiery fast and never scratched even the window sills in the least, all windows were insulated and sealed beautifully. On the third day the started on the front door the installer was very careful to square and shim in the new frame the set the new threshold and sealed it to the concrete step. The frame opening was foamed in place and finished with a great molding, very sharp, miter joints. The storm door fit very well and finished off the opening. The install crew two men were very polite and very concerned, that every joint was caulked. They did a beautiful job of caulking. They cleaned up after all was done left a very clean work area in side and out, the even vacuumed the carpet after all was finished. They instructed us on how to remove and operate all windows, the saved all the window information for us so that if the government hands out another rebate we had proof of the energy efficiency to apply for the rebate, I thought that was very nice . We noticed how quiet the house became immediately , and this last week had a bad wind storm which we never noticed. Great window at a great price.

Door still squeaks a bit when opening and closing, and the inside lock doesn't always close properly.

The guy who came out to give us a quote listed the "lead paint" as "negative" before he even (supposedly) tested it. I'm still not convinced he actually tested for lead. The quote for one window was higher than we were told at the store, despite showing the same dimensions. We were told they had the same installers for 15+ years, yet the actual installer looked like he was about 15. The installation turned out quite amateurish. Some of the windows weren't put in quite straight and they used clear and white caulking that looks pretty bad. It would have been better if they picked one or the other. They left one area with cracks in the windowsill so it will be hard to fix up without redoing the caulking inside. One part was incorrect so I had to request a replacement. On the day it was to be installed at 3pm I got a call at 6pm saying they had the wrong part. Good thing I work at home so I didn't miss any work! Spend a little more and go with a higher quality product & installers.

Decided to go with another brand [Estimate Cost $6,000.00]

We wanted to upgrade window from aluminum to vinyl to save on air conditioning costs. A friend recommended this company. The representative was professional and respectful. He mentioned that he was slower because he was in pain. But, he did a great job of explaining the product and installation process. We later found out that he went directly to the hospital after our meeting. A week later, after a few other bids, another representative came to verify the order. Due to other exterior work and a vacation, the company was happy to postpone installation and store the windows for about a month so that everything could be done in the proper order. During the install, the contractor worked with us to assure that none of our pets wandered off. Any remodeling that has your house open air for a day is a bit stressful. However, I feel that this went as easily as it could. I found both the representatives and contractors to be easy going and enjoyable to work with.

My experience with Window World has been the absolute best with any contract service provider in the Albuquerque area in the 19 years I've lived hear. Paul and Christine take care of their customers as promised. We did end up having an unexpected problem with one of the windows, and when I called Paul about it I said "I'm sorry to bother you, but..." and he said "Why are you sorry? You didn't do anything wrong!" So many compainies I've dealt with here in Albuquerque make me feel like I'm a bother when I have to call them with a problem about their work, and some even try to make me pay more to correct their problem. It was extremely refreshing to work with Paul, Christine and all their employees at the Albuquerque Window World location. I can tell you that the problem with my window was resolved, and four years later I am still extremely happy with my new windows. I know without a doubt that I received the best value for the best price and with the absolute best customer service Albuquerque has to offer!

Israel and Tony did an excellent job installing my windows. Window World came out twice before I ordered the windows to talk to me about the possibilities and take measurements. They offered extra products, like sun protection on the windows I needed them on,. but suggested it was needed on others. I appreciated the truthfulness in suggesting products that would benefit me and not trying to just up-sell if it wasn't needed. The installation was done precisely and carefully and my windows look great.

The job was performed professionally and to my expectations. Purchased a new window with solar zone elite glass which keeps the heat out in the summer and in in the winter. I love the new feature all their windows have now, which let's you tip the window inward for easy cleaning. Expected to pay about $100 more, so that was a plus, as well. Will use them again in the future. Thank you Window World!

Paul was fit on time with the estimate, he brought samples for me to look at. The windows came in almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule! The install team was great". It went so fast. They were respectful of my home and even worked around my dogs with ease.

After an awful experience with another window company I found Window World on Angie's List. They were a god send from beginning to end! The salesman, Roger, was on time, clear, to the point, and everything flowed as he said it would. He had the good sense to have the installer, Mike do the measure. Installation was one of the best I have had done. No stucco was damaged, sealing and calking was perfect. It was a pleasure to watch and feel the respect and camaraderie that Mike and his assistant, also Mike had with one another. They worked almost intuitively. Turns out they have been friends since High School. Maturity, experience, and good nature make all the difference. Window World if you are lucky enough to get the two Mikes is a company you can trust to get a professional job done correctly. Thank you!

Roger came out to give us an estimate. He represented the business very well. He listened to our needs and knew that we had done our homework and knew a lot about what we wanted. He asked good questions and had good answers to all of our questions. He impressed us with his knowledge and expertise. He also understood that we needed to have the windows replaced so that we could have the house stuccoed as soon as possible. As soon as he left we knew that Window World was our choice, although we had other bids. The appointment for the work was made sooner than we thought it would be. That was a very nice surprise. The installation went without a hitch. It was a two man crew. The lead man was an expert at what he did and his work showed this. He must have been doing this for years. He took care to not only get the windows installed, but was very accomodating and cleaned up the mess and left the place as he found it. We would reccommend this company to anyone that needs window replacement.

Just like the first time we used them in March to replace all the windows in a house, they did an outstanding job. Showed up when they said they would, completed all work the same day (as they said they would), excellent cleanup, very professional, and pleasent people to work with. This goes for both jobs they did for us. Couldn't give higher recommendation. And IMHO, their prices are great!

I just thought that we could get better quality for about the same price.

Paul Dennis, the owner, came out for the proposal. There was no pressure. Paul gave me all the facts I wanted, unlike other bidders. Anderson's bid did not include 3 trapezoid windows as they "would be too expensive" and yet the Anderson bid was $17,000 higher than Window World's. Unlike Window World, Anderson would not give me a warranty from the manufacturer, only from the Albuquerque franchisee. I asked Champion twice for a copy of its warranty and never received it. Pella's warranty had too many exclusions for me to be comfortable with it. The Solar Heat Gain Coefficiency, U-factor, argon filling, etc. of the windows installed were almost, if not identical to the windows Anderson and Pella proposed installing. Israel and an helper did an excellent job of installing the windows and working with my usual contractor in repairing window sills that had been damaged by condensation from my old metal frames. Clean up was meticulous. There was only slight damage to my stucco exterior and that was promptly repaired. I no longer need to close my blinds on very hot or very cold days and am much more comfortable in my house.

It went good. The quality of the windows is great.
