They were on time and did a great job. It did take awhile because I have two swamp coolers and it was way more expensive than I expected but the last home owners didn’t service them well so there was a lot that needed to be done and replaced. I’m the end, they both work great and they kept me informed on what was being done and what needed to be done along the way. I’d hire them again definitely and hopefully not have to spend as much on extra parts.

On-time, great explanations. Follow-up is terrible. Promised an invoice with in two days and even after a call none was received. Still not sure we were charged correctly or if the additional work was actually performed. Be cautious!!

Today, I had the best technician work on my cooler. Itâ s been years since I had a cooler so J.J. thankfully and more importantly patiently explained everything clearly to me. He taught me about my cooler itself and possible future maintenance issues. Finally, he instructed me professionally, intelligently, and respectfully on how to maintain a healthy cooler.

Kevin was our Pro and he was very experienced in what he was doing and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. Explained how often that my vent for my dryer need to be cleaned. How often my filter should be changed in my heater at least monthly. I would have to say he taught me a lot today about how to keep things maintained.
