Knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to replace the AC units. Service is fast and they had the units in stock. Took a bit for the deposit to go through but the work is getting completed as I write this message. Thankful as it has been chilly in the house without heating.

They did a great job. Explained everything to us showed us and so that we would understand when we asked questions. Learned some things that we were not sure of. Now my furnace and thermostat work and I am not frezzeing and my wife is ill with transplant and she will be warm now.

Our refrigerated air conditioning stopped working. My home warranty company didn't act quickly enough. I found White Polar on Angi List. Problem solved to our satisfaction the next morning.

Jay came out on the same day as our call. He checked out our swamp cooler and water lines and then the furnace inside and then tested the cooler to ensure it was working properly. He was professional and polite and answered all of my questions. When itâ s time to winterize we will definitely call him again.

Jay Lopez of white polar showed up within the timeframe given. He was easy to talk to, and could explain things to me in ways for me to understand. I found them on a random hvac search but will continue to use White Polar from here on out.
