They came into a situation where I had other workers on the roof with my swamp cooler. Who didn't finish the job J came out and he Replace the bearings up on the swamp cooler. I went up with him and saw what had happened he explained everything to me. I really like to work in with him directory.

White Polar was quick to respond and got my air conditioner working in an hour or two. The technician took pictures of how it sits on my roof and showed me areas that will be needing some maintenance soon. I can't get on my roof anymore so it was nice to be able to see what it looks like. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks.

Fast and easy to work with

This company has the worst customer service, all the info on the business card I was given is false and I could not get in contact with them after many many attempts. Emails from them have been unprofessional and threatening. I would never recommend them to anyone. As the saying goes let the buyer beware. The name on their truck and shirts is not White Polar, there are other Polar companies IN in ALBUQUERQUE not part of this company. WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AND NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I thought I was getting a deal from my regular company. Polar showed me that they can match that price and perform much better. On time, informative. Iâ m going to call them for another job.

Polar Heat Cooling Venting offered me same day service for my request. The technician, JJ, was friendly and got right to the job upon arrival. I will definitely be using their services again.

JJ was our technician- very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly- did the job quickly and gave me suggestions to reduce the chance of the lint collecting again in the dryer vent

The technician JJ explained every step of the way. He made sure you understood what was going on and asked if I had any questions. He was polite and patient. Though expensive I realize anything to do with HVAC can be I rate the all 5 stars.

Technician very knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient. He arrived on time. When contacted, I had an appointment set up for the next day. (The first place I contacted had a 3 week wait)
