The tech, Julian was awesome!!!!! He explained everything with the repair, kept me informed of his progress. Worked on the billing do to weather and parts issues. He was very nice and extremely easy to work with. Because of him I will make Polar my heating and cooling company when I will need service at my home.

Julian explained every thing he was about to do and explained why, my dryer needed cleaning but he explained why it was clogged with lint ,the cleaning turned in to repairs to fix the problem, very satisfied with the work and the service
