Excellent experience with Julian Lopez who was knowledgeable, polite, COVID conscious- wore mask entire time. Explained problems in detail. Continued working after normal hours. We were very satisfied with our relationship and plan to have Polar do additional work.

Jay was very professional, friendly, and communicative. He explained everything and included a video to help me understand the problem. He did a great job of fixing the original problem and the one that showed up during his examination of the whole issue and gave me lots of useful information. I would gladly hire him and Polar Heat again.

The technician "J" was very personable and professional! He was very helpful.

I had PHCV to clean my dry vent. they arrived on time, explained their overall process, were efficient, expert, and reasonably priced. I needed a couple of small parts for my dryer. Before they did any of that additional work they showed the situation to me and explained why it needed to be done. The technician, J, was very polite and personable. Next time i need the dryer cleaned i will hire them

Everything was explained before the work started. The tech was very professional and polite and did his job with a minimum of disruption and a clear explanation of the work process. Went over findings after completing and before presenting bill.

Over-priced, technically incompetent and resulted in me having to hire another plumber. First, the technician (Julian) tried to up-charge me. Quoted $3,700 to replace a water heater. Got him down to $2,700 which was still over-priced. Estimate did not include attached plumbing which was disintegrating. Julian took 7-hours (with a helper) to install the new water heater. It was connected to the old plumbing which resulted in multiple leaks at elbows. Finished work had multiple code violations including missing straps and unterminated piping. Hired another contractor to fix leaks which meant emptying the new water heater and disconnecting piping, essentially re-installing the water heater. Strange invoices include private comments from the owner to Julian which mentions 'prizes' for up-selling. Filed a complaint with CID. I would not be surprised if Polar Heat is not licensed.

The young man was diligent in his work but did not rush, making sure he cleaned everything.

Kevin explained the process procedures and costs. No surprises. He was someone that I will request for my future needs.
