Great job and on time

Cost of extra parts was excessive and a key leak was missed. A week after my next door neighbor complained that my system had been flooding the side of his yard since the summer before (when I bought the property. The leak was not easy to see since the outflow was away from my property under a thorny schrub, but the system was his to review and repair. That repair cost over $100 to remove the scrub, dig to the pipe break, and cap.

Extremely responsive and finished my yard exactly how I wanted it. Jackie was wonderful to work with and Rito is a pro at projects. Have recommended them to several people and I am very picky!

I contacted them because they offered a coupon through Angie's List for $39 for a sprinkler system repair or tune-up. I knew from using sprinkler repair services in the past that a minimum charge to come out was around $70 in my area so this was a valuable coupon. I contacted them, they scheduled me very quickly. The technician came out on time and completed the replacement of the one broken sprinkler head in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

Waterquest helped me shut down my system in the fall. Come spring, I couldn't figure out how to turn the system back on. Waterquest came out and reset everything for me. The only problem I have is that they send a bill out for the taxes after they perform the service. I think they should collect this when they come out as it is a hassle to have to pay a separate bill.

We worked with Landscape Designer Jackie Hall and the experience was excellent! She came out to the house, walked and measured the yard and discussed what we wanted and what our budget was. A few days later we got a plan with a price estimate. Since her visit we found a design in a magazine that we liked and after giving her links to that design, she modified her original design and gave us new estimates based on the design we liked. After a little more discussion, a final plan was agreed upon and we signed the contract.Work started on May 1 and Rito (sp?) was the supervisor of a 3 person team that worked at our house. He and his crew worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. Even though I had told them to just come into the house if they needed to ask me something, use the restroom or get a drink, they knocked every time. They were there every morning at 8 am as they said they would be and got right to work. During the 4 days they were working Jackie stopped by several times and always made sure to check and make sure I was happy with the progress and the crew's work. She was very careful to listen to us and as we'd asked, made sure that the shrubs and trees planted required little to no maintenance.When I saw 3 guys I really never expected they'd finish by the end of the week, but they finished on Friday the 4th of May. They did a fantastic job and made sure to check with me a few times to make sure I was still happy with what was happening and to ask if I had any questions. They also realized as they were adding the irrigation in the back yard that the drip system's timer wasn't working so they replaced that for us.We still have a walk-through coming up with Jackie where she'll go over everything and give us all the information on caring for our shrubs and trees. That will be later on this week, but I'm sure it will go just as smoothly as the rest of the project.

The worker arrived on time. Had to go purchase the valve. Did not charge for the time to get the valve. Started as soon as he returned from purchasing the valve. A lot of digging had to be done in order for him to access the valve. He was here for most of the day. Did a fine job overall. The price was very fair. If we have to have anymore work done on our sprinkler system, we will use Water Quest.

The price was very fair and the work was really good. I was impressed with their workmanship, promptness, and cost.

Haven't started work, still in bidding phase

I was not very satisfied with them. This was a deal when they come over and look over the system. The person who came in did not know what he was supposed to do. I paid Angies List $35 for the service. Price wise I guess it was good deal. But this was a deal not up to the standard. They were punctual not very professional. They had deal and maybe I misinterpreted what it was. There was a deal and I don't think the deal worked out very well.

For the work that was done, I felt we received a fair price. If the need arises we would use them in the future.

The service was prompt, and everything went well. He charged me tax separately, which I would have rather paid all at once, but other than that everything was fine.

The estimator was apparently not a regular landscape worker for the company although he claimed to be able to do the job on his own. He did not give me a written estimate, but suggested that it would be very expensie to repair the watering system. I was very disappointed in the lack of information. He did shake one of my fruit trees, apparently dead, and peeled off a large chunk of bark -- this without any permission from me. THis was unrelated to the purpose of his visit. It appeared to me that this company was not seriously interested in the work that I needed done, although they did not fail to send me an extra bill for the gross receipts tax due on the $35 I paid for this and quot;estimateand quot;.

Very well. Men worked steadily. Asked questions, as necessary. Supervisor, Susannah, stopped by more than once to check on progress, ensure my satisfaction. She was available by phone for workers to ask questions and report on progress. DO use sand under pavers. I didn't have any available and can't remember if we discussed it. The pavers were well positioned to begin with and the workers actually used a level to ensure positioning; however with settling a few of the pavers are cracking. I can live with it, but if you want a perfect walkway over a long period of time, do use sand as a base.

It took a long time to get the estimate. But the work was performed as promised and in a timely fashion. They were professional and responded when I had questions. They cleaned up completely when they left and I was very happy with the finished product. Jackie was very helpful with suggestions regarding design and seems very knowledgeable about appropriate plants. It was expensive but not dramatically more than other estimates I received and their professionalism was worth it.

John from Waterquest has been extremely helpful and attentive thoughout our project. We started our planning in the early spring, tweaking our design as we move forward. Everyone who has worked on the job from Waterquest has been very professional and commited to do the best job possible. We are well pleased.

We have not decided yet if we will have them actually do the landscaping or not. All landscapers that have been out to give estimates have all had different suggestions in reguards to the yard.

I had a friendly, professional consult about pre-planned choices for front yard. The job was performed quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with the results. About 10 years we contacted the company about landscaping the backyard. There was not the same enthusiasm to discuss ideas and plan the job. I felt we may not have been profitable enough; they probably do larger, more complex professional jobs and we were not that level.

We bought a brand new house and they had provided the landscaping for the front yard. We contacted the gentleman who owns the company and he came out within that week to find out what kinds of things I wanted in the backyard. Within another week he had a plan that he emailed to me. I looked that over and told him to have it done. He gave me a date when he thought they would be able to start. He said that once they started they would not go to any other project until they finished our project and that is exactly what happened. His crew was very efficient and they worked very hard. They put in everything that we liked. I think their price was fair in comparison to other landscapers. We would use them again in the future.

Very well. Robert is very responsive and professional. His employees are proficient and professional, as well. We will contact WaterQuest for all future landscape design, clean up, and installation.

We met Water Quest at a Home Show and loved the display they had. They were one of four landscapers we considered. Receiving two quotes for the same design Water Quest came in about $4,000 cheaper. The the other two either didn't call back until the work was done or said they would call back and never did. I provided a general idea of what I wanted in the design, they supplied an electronic and paper version, discussed more details and had it planned perfectly! Not only that, they had great suggestions to add more to the yeard that didn't cost me more. I was able to go to the nursery with them to select the plants which was wonderful because the nursery had wonderful suggestions. The work started on time and was completed a day early. There was follow up work, very minor in that a sprinkler had to be adjusted but they were responsive and have been back to make adjustments. Even add a little touch up with rocks I requested. My only recommendation is that you have the landscaper provide samples of gravel they will be installing. I asked for crushed gravel and it is a little closer to dirt. But I feel it is my fault for not asking for a sample. It still looks good. The end result is beautiful and we are enjoying it very much!

I didn't submit this report for awhile because it took awhile to figure out the extent to which they ripped me off and took advantage of my lack of knowledge. First of all, as I mentioned, they gave bad advice about the pine tree drip system. Second, they tried to charge me over $100 for a timer that I found sells for around $19. They did reduce that to about $50 when I complained that the technician told me that it would cost about $50. Third, and the reason for submitting this report is that I have suspected for awhile that there was actually nothing wrong with my first timer. Last night I figured out how to hook it up, and it works fine. Either the technician knows less than I do about sprinklers (and that's almost nothing) or he lied to make more money. Either way, I am extremely upset and feel very taken advantage of.

WATER QUEST INC IS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND EASY TO CONTACT. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY OFFER GOOD SERVICES.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AN ORGANIZED AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY NEAT AND FAST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT THEY DO MORE THINGS AROUND MY YARD. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.
