We ordered Belgard pavers from another company. Waterquest offered to pick up the pavers and brought them to our home on a trailer with their other supplies. But after the pavers were laid, WaterQuest took all our leftover pavers away, and claimed that we had purchased only the pavers that were laid. We had many problems after the work was done. Paving work did not last as promised and all the plants died. When the rock work to channel water away from the house was done, we expressed concern that it was insufficient and would cause further erosion problems. After the first hard rain, we were proven right. We called Jackie and she said they would repair our predicted problem, but at extra expense to us. WaterQuest was unresponsive in coming back to correct mistakes, so we were forced to hire other service providers and companies to repair the problems. Although WaterQuest may claim we were called to offer help and we declined, the call came years later and after we had hired and paid others to take care of WaterQuest's problems. That's called poor customer service.

They did a good job. They take time to do what they say they're going to do. I purchased a Big Deal through them and they showed up on time and worked the allotted hours the Big Deal said they would work.

EVERY contact I had with WaterQuest was professional: from the initial phone conversation with Catrina; to a follow-up phone call from the owner Robert (yes, he called me !!); to the cordial, comprehensive, and efficient work of Rex and Enrique. I commend WaterQuest MOST HIGHLY to anyone seeking assistance with their irrigation systems.

They were polite, and they came a day early.

Jackie Hall managed the entire project and, I have to say I am very hard to please but she did it! I bugged her the whole way - asking about one thing or another but she never seemed bothered - she addressed everything I had concerns about without issue. The only issue I have had with the landscaping is the drip system. I have had 3 leaks, two of which were fixed by WaterQuest and the last time by another sprinkler repair company. Other than that - we simply love our backyard oasis and have Jackie to thank for it!

Waterquest xeriscaped my front yard last summer (2013, about $7500), and I've had them do spring & fall cleanup of both front & back yards since then. They show up on time, the price is comparable to other companies, and they do a good job. No complaints! Regarding the 2013 landscaping project: I got quotes from 3 different companies. Waterquest was not the cheapest, but they were the most professional by far. Jackie Hall was great to work with -- reliable, professional, and gave me a perfect xeriscape design for my needs. She also handled the paperwork for my water rebate from the city, which saved me a lot of time, hassle, and money. The crew showed up on time and was done in 2 days, just as promised. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

They cleaned up the patio and front yard of my condominium. I have used other services in the past and been less than satisfied. The two fellas they sent were very professional, did precisely what I asked and I was very very pleased. It was a great yard cleanup!

I have a fairly large (8 feet in diameter) fountain with pool in my backyard. After a botched job by another company (now out of business) Al and his crew came out and fixed the pump and the water auto fill. Over the past 5 years he has come out for other landscaping projects in my yard. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I recommend him highly.

It was fine. He was great. He was on time.

Company built original system in 2007. Have made repairs in past as needed for aging system. Made appointments on time and performed work with dispatch. Provided advice when asked. Very responsive. Reasonable cost. Good result.

WaterQuest designed and re-built and existing koi pond at my residence. The original size and shape of the pond remained as well as the original rubber liner. The materials used were colored concrete patio wall blocks and capstones. WaterQuest dug footings for the concrete blocks and built the structures (two interconnected ponds) 24" and 12" above ground level. The koi ponds are 3 feet and 4 feet deep from ground level. Structurally, WaterQuest did and excellent job of building the two round walls and a very nice waterfall connecting the upper pond to the lower pond. Unfortuneately, they did not understand the construction of a koi pond and the various levels or shelves within the pond to place the large containers ( 12" to 18" diameter) of aquatic plants. The shelves were in place for the original pond. The workers, usually unsupervised, filled the shelves with base course (for the block walls) and laid the rubber liner over the base course and used construction adhesive to glue the rubber liner to the block and then glued the capstones to the block. So now I have no where to put the large containers of pond plants and no shade for my fish. The job was finished in early May, but tropical plants don't show up on the market until early June and that is when I discovered the problem. There was no follow-up by WaterQuest and my calls went unanswered. At the finish of the job, and before I discovered the problem, I had more landscape work being estimated by them, to include lighting and more hardscape improvements. They just disappeared and never returned, called, followed-up or even finished the estimate for the additional landscape work. Just vanished. So much for their one year warranty.

They were efficient, professional and pleasant people to work with.

I did not go forward on the project, at that time. I do highly recommend them to anyone.

Great! Called to confirm day ahead, called before coming - perfect! I think the two men finished up in less than one hour and did an amazing job. I would probably contact the company in the future for other yard-related service. Excellent value with the Angie's List promo!

Keep in mind that this is the first landscaping project my husband and I have ever done together. Once you get over the initial sticker-shock of what it costs to do landscaping, I have to say that WaterQuest goes the extra mile to give you service beyond what I felt I would get from the other landscapers I considered. From the very beginning, WaterQuest's designer (Susanna) was very receptive to working with us on the creative design as our ideas began to evolve and unfold. She was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and very consultative in her approach. This made all the difference in the world to us as my husband and I endeavored to get on the same page conceptually with each other about the project. The virtual computer program she had made it so much easier to envision what the design would ultimately look like (as opposed to simply looking at flat 2-dimensional drawings). Once the concept gelled, Susanna actually project managed the installation. She made several trips with me to select the boulders and plants, advising us as to what would work best for our elevation and low maintenance requirements. It is clear that Susanna enjoys her profession and I highly recommend her. The WaterQuest installation crew arrived promptly each day, were courteous and professional, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The crew that did the clean up on the sides of the front yard worked really hard to refresh the tattered look of the gravel and cacti. When it comes time to landscape the back yard, we will definitely contact WaterQuest for that project.

After winterizing our sprinkler system which was well done, we asked them to look over our sprinkler system and repair breaks as well as addressing problems with the system like where the lawn wasn't getting adequate water. The response that we received was that they really couldn't do that. Not really sure why an irrigation company couldn't do sprinkler work. Overall the work that they did in winterizing the sprinkler system was great.

What a pleasant experience!! We really liked the design provided by Jackie Hall. She incorporated our ideas along with her design expertise. She also ensured we had a top-notch crew. Jackie was also available when we had any questions, and she visited the work site frequently. The crew was punctual and worked steadily in spite of the August heat! Elias and crew did a great job, and we really love the results. We will definitely use them to landscape the front yard in the future. (They have even visited post-job to ensure the plants and grass were all being watered sufficiently.) We highly recommend WaterQuest!

It was all very easy. All I needed was all of my dead plant vegetation cleaned up and hauled off. A task I could not do myself. As of March 4th 2014..I wanted to update my review. I used another company, because they offered an Angie's Deal, to do this same job, and the new company left me disappointed. I have been continually disappointed ever since. I need to learn my lesson and return to this Company, WaterQuest, for this specific need I have with my yard. I am sorry I did not call WaterQuest a few months ago. BUT this year I will be returning to WaterQuest for my yard clean up needs.

Jackie made timely appointments, was always punctual, and spent as much time as needed to cover every detail. She made sure I understood the fine points of the irrigation system and caring for the new plants. The crew put in nearly four long days to get everything done. They worked very hard, in spite of the summer heat, and showed a lot of professionalism. There was not quite enough gravel left for the job, so they said they would be back in two weeks, and they were. Everything in our yard is functioning and displaying just as it should. We have gone from being the neighborhood eyesore to the showplace of the street. Nearly a year later Jackie is still taking care of us. It is so nice to know she continues to be interested in how well our lovely yard is doing.

Appointment was on time, with polite, professional workers. We had two extra stops to repair two leaks that were difficult to completely diagnose. The leaks seem to be resolved. Each of those two stops were exceptional service. The office was excellent in follow-up to check our satisfaction and were most professional in scheduling the followup appointments.

The technician came out and replaced the irrigation system fuses. It was difficult job, since the valve box is located below ground. He also replaced a broken water line as he was trouble shooting the irrigation system.

Did provide very good service at a reasonable price. Did send a competent, polite and experienced technician. Did arrive on time and provide service in a prompt and efficient manner. Did call for a follow-up on completed work. Excellent service for a reasonable price!

Technician's attitude not great. He fixed the problem we had in less than 5 minutes and the coupon was for an hour of service. He asked if there was anything else but his attitude was so bored and negative my husband didn't want him to stay around even though there were other things he could have done with the system.

They showed up on time. I hired them for sprinkler repair, and after they finished, I had to point out that a sprinkler was broken. They second time they came for yard work and that work was performed ok. Check their work.

A few weeks later, several plants began wither. I checked the whole system and found MANY drips that weren't working. I hired another company to redo the job.
