He was a very nice man. He did a good job. He was willing to come out on the weekend.

I called Trinity at 11 am and the repair man was there in 2 hours. He was professional and experienced. I will definitely call him again for any major appliance repair, or installation.

He was prompt, articulate, knowledgable, and polite. He was reasonably priced.

Harry arrived 15 minutes early. He thoroughly checked my dishwasher. Seeing that both the pump and motor were shot, Harry checked the cost to get new parts. He recommended replacing the dishwasher, which is what I have decided to do.

I called Harry to get our dryer repaired. It was no longer heating, and was just blowing cold air. He answered the phone himself, quickly got the details of the problem, and asked for the model number of the dryer. He kindly (without making me feel dumb) inquired if the dryer happened to be on "air fluff" instead of heated dry, in an effort to save me the cost of his coming out if that was the case. He arranged to be at my house about an hour and a half later (on a Saturday). My husband had previously called Sears to schedule the repair, and they coulodn't get to us for 6 days! I gladly cancelled with them after Harry finished. He came on time, was kind & courteous, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Total cost (parts & labor) was less than what Sears quoted us just for the labor. Also, as a woman, it's important to me to have someone I can trust in my home, and Harry was great. I would definitely use his service again.

I got them from Angies List. The refrigerator had lost its cooling and he came and fixed it. He suggested that we need to clean under the refrigerator and that was probably the reason for the power going down. He had changed a part and told us that it may or may not work. He said that we should wait for 3-5 days and if it worked than everything was fine, but if it didn't, then the compressor had gone bad. He suggested that we buy a new refrigerator instead of trying to change the compressor since the cost would be almost the same.

Older Speed Queen dryer drum making noise when running. Bearings and belts worn out, With the exception of the final price, excellent overall. Instead of a verbal quote range, will get in writing next time.

Excellent responsiveness, high level of professional service. At 4:00 am on Saturday morning, we figured out that the side-by-side refrigerator/freezer had quit cooling. Called Mr. London early Saturday and left message on his cell. He returned the call later in the AM, asked about the problem, diagnosed the problem while on the phone and asked if he could check his truck to verify that he had the repair parts. He did that and called back. He estimated he would be at the house just before 12:00. Mr. London arrived on time, checked out the refrigerator, installed the repair parts (he left the old parts with us), and verified that the repair was successful. He was very professional throughout, explained what he was doing and why, and had the job completed in less than 45 minutes.

He was punctual and did the job efficiently. I was expecting to pay a lot more than we did. Scheduling was easy. Overall one of the better contractor experiences I've had.

The guy never showed up to look at the oven. He was first supposed to come out on Monday early afternoon , but he called and said he was running late. Then he called me about an hour later to reschedule for another day. So we were supposed to meet today (10/6) at 330. When I had heard nothing from him at 4, I called him. He said he had been there at 320---but had the wrong address. He did not offer to come back out and never called me--despite the fact that he had my number from the calls two days before. I am very busy, and cannot waste my time waiting around for repairmen--especially ones that do not appear to want the job and are not responsible enough to call if they find no one at the house. That is two afternoons I wasted waiting on this guy, which equates to money out of my pocket because if I am not at work, I don't get paid.

The service man was very professional and very thorough. My wife had several questions as he was working on our washing machine. He was very happy to answer all of her questions. She felt very comfortable with the person they sent out. We were very happy with our service!

Refrigerator was not cooling. Called Harry at 8:00 AM and he was here at 9:30, as promised. He took some information over the phone regarding the problem and the make and model of the fridge so he would have the parts most likely needed when he got here. He had to completely defrost the evaporator, which was covered with ice. This caused some water on the floor, but he contained it very well and completely cleaned up before he left. Very professional and courteous. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

It was a really good experience. He was friendly on the phone, and arrived on my doorstep in under an hour. His demeanor was professional and cheerful. The repair was accomplished quickly and efficiently, and he gave me some advice on how to keep from having the problem again. I will definitely call Trinity when I have other appliance repair needs.

I called at 945 am, he arrived at 1015 and left at 1030. Definitely a professional and I would highly recommend this company.

We called him at 8:45 this morning. He was at our home at 10:15, finished at 12:15. Considering how much time he needed to remove the built up frost, the labor charge was reasonable. This was a repair that needed to be done immediately. Fortunately, he was available. I will call him again if I have another large appliance problem.

We called Harry London and left a message on his machine. He returned our call within a half-hour. My husband described the problem we were having with our dishwasher, and that he had checked some of the possible problems and was out of ideas. Harry suggested he check one more thing. Something was clogged up and my husband fixed it in five minutes. He saved us the money involved in a repair call, but he gained a loyal customer in the process. We will call him first thing next time we have a problem.

He was great. He is honest and does good work.

They are very professional and come out quickly. Once they could not come out and they referred another company to us. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

We called in the morning, Harry came out that afternoon - even showed up a little early. Sears had blown us off for a week, so we were thrilled to get such prompt attention. He spent at least an hour getting into the machine and running tests. When he was done, he gave us separate estimates for parts & labor. The cost was high enough that we decided not to have him repair it, but to buy new. His explanations were clear. His manner was polite & professional. He clearly knew what he was doing. His cost seemed reasonable. This was an excellent experience!

I called in the morning. Harry answered himself on his mobile phone. We made an appointment for 2:30 p.m. that day. He showed up on time, and had the replacement igniter with him, apparently based on my description of the problem. He had to dismantle the oven bottom to get at the igniter. He was finished and gone in about 45 minutes. He cheerfully answered my questions as he went along.

They did a very good job. They were prompt and came right on time. I thought the price was reasonable and I would use their services again.

Mr. London got information on my appliance over the phone. He arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was done in a neat professional manner. I wish every repair were this easy.

I called Harry re: the problem described above. To his credit, he told me that it sounded like the vent needed to be clean (i.e., no need to spend money trying to fix the dryer) and he told me how to test it. Unfortunately, I was out of town and hired a dryer vent cleaner instead. The dryer vent cleaner said (erroneously) that the vent did not need to be cleaned. So, back to Harry. Harry came out and could have told me anything at that point, but he didn't take me for a ride. He did the test procedure that he told me to do in the first place, and he confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the dryer and it was indeed the vent that needed to be cleaned. I didn't mind paying the $75 service call fee for the honest assessment.
